The first few chapters will be super crazy and the chances of understanding anything are very slim until later on. The plot will soon pick up after a few of the first chapter's when things start getting serious. The art I feel is one of the best qualities of Biorg Trinity. You'll never get tired of looking at each panel. Side stories seem to be common as well as something craziness in each chapter that will force you to say "What the..." If you want to read something that's easy to understand I would suggest not to start with this one. However, if you read more
I found this review Helpful

Manga: Gantz
In the genre "unwillingly receiving super powers and killing stuff" Gantz is regarded as one of the corner stones, for good reasons. Even if Biorg Trinity starts out pretty confusing it really grows within a few chapters, and I'd say it's a great read for anyone who's into this kind of story. Just like Gatz the premises deepens and gets more intricate, together with some of the best art in the history of manga.

Manga: Monster Girl
Great art, monster girls, fighting, people banded together in a group, it would have been really similar if it wasn't for the fact that Biorg Trinity have a totally nonsense story for the first few chapters, which is by the way completely irrelevant since the art is just insanely good.

Manga: Blame!
With these two, the art is so insanely good that it doesn't really matter if the story is confusing, it's just pure eyecandy (or eyeservice as they call it in Japan).

Manga: Air Gear
Air Gear and Biorg Trinity have the same mangaka behind, only in biorg he is only on the art department and in Air Gear he is the full mangaka.

Manga: Area D: Inou Ryouiki
Mysterious powers
Both have to do with psychic abilities and the battle between a group.
Both manga are intense psychological horror and contain a lot of killing.
Very similiar artstyle, also characters resemble eachother.

In other words, kill or be killed.

Manga: Psyren
They give similar feelings and in both mangas a group of people with super powers fights against enemies who have super powers as well. Both manga are intense psychological horror and contain a lot of killing. And in both series there might be more than meets the eye to the monsters that are being fought. In other words, kill or be killed.
