Synopsis

Kousaka Shin's ultimate dream is to become a doctor. So despite the facts that she is a cry baby, a coward, has a baby face, and only has an A cup--she is much more passionate about persuing her goals than others. One day her teacher, Abe-sensei, tells her she is not fit to be a doctor. From then on, a battle between them begins. There's an added twist! Abe-sensei and Shin are neighbors! Now, her journey to becoming a doctor will be even more difficult than imagined!

This a very short (1 volume manga) but very sweet manga.
I read it a while ago and left me with a good feeling. The characters are relatable and I specially like the main couple. The heroine is a strong willed character which is always great (at least for me) and the guy is the mean but actually nice guy.
Sometimes when the stories are short you are left in the middle but that doesnt happen with this one.
If you are looking for something fast and sweet be sure to give this one a try :D

User Recommendations
Same vibes come from both of these stories... both lovely (and shorter) mangas about developing love without rushing too much of the relationships. Personally, I like Shuukatsu!! better though because it's longer and you get to like the characters more (:

If you love one you will definitely love the other. Both mangas have a cute girl who looks more like an elementary school girl due to their small stature and baby faces. They fall in love with guys who are very strict and mostly scowling. SKS is about a girl who works out a bakery and there is a huge love triangle between the two hot bishies she works with, and Help! is about a girl who wants to become a doctor and falls in love with her teacher. Both mangas have a very innocent vibe to them and are very very enjoyable. They will leave you smiling at the end thinking kawaii!!
