In the 2020’s the Japanese female culture was extremely corrupted in the eyes of the first women prime minister. To bring back the beauty of Japanese femininity, she created the Amazon Academy, a girls-only school, on an artificial island isolated in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. Amesu Kumi just transferred into Amazon Academy to investigate the death of her older sister, Towa, who also attended the school until she died in a shroud of mystery. The only clue she has is the name Burai Sachiko left in Towa’a cell phone. How could Kumi have known that the school literally turns into a battlefield when classes are over; where petite girls beat each other senseless in order to survive.

Tokyo Girls Destruction is a manga that was recently released as a web comic by Court Betten. To compare this manga to another, you would need to use several others. To get this, Deadman Wonderland would have to knock up Freezing. And then they move to the island prison, Alkatraz. After reading the mere four chapters available for this publication today, it's almost impossible not to immediately compare it to the manga "Freezing". Perfect story, perfect art. Grips me from page to page. But I would still say that this story lacks a considerable amount of character development. I personally think that the plot moves faster than the characters. I barely understand the story line during the first few chapters making me have to go back and forth between pages to be able to fully understand each character's links with one another. However, I think that that is the purpose of the manga: making me drop my jaw in shock. I like this story. I came across it while looking for martial arts/action/psychological mangas and not once was read more

About the same. Both have a girl that goes to a prestigiously rich schools, then gets pulled into the fighting/drama of the school.

Both about a school where they fight to stay alive and having a really strong girl to protect them.

Both, from what I've read are a lot a like. There both about a rich, famous school on the outside, but its true apearance is the students are all fighting to stay alive.

It's about the main character(s) go to a school full of violence because they want or need to. SHS is comedy and trust me i laugh on every chapter. TGD is kind of serious but gets you hook on. You'll love both of them just like me :D
