If you like stories about annoying little children who get out of hand and cause trouble (not to mention potty humor) then you'll definitely enjoy both Dr. Slump (from famed author Akira Toriyama) and Crayon Shin-chan (which is vastly different from the English dubbed anime which appears on [adult swim]). Dr. Slump has a few more fantasy and sci-fi elements than Shin-chan does but they both provide wacky situations with even wackier protagonists who can never just "go with the flow."
If you like Crayon Shin-chan then you might like Dr. Slump because they are both perverted funny style. Dr. Slump is the creator of Arale-chan and you can see many of his invention which are interesting. The story also focus on young kids like Shin-chan and Arale-chan

If you loved Yotsuba, then you will absolutely love Crayon Shin-Chan too! Both manga series are about children at the age of 5. They are both a little bit rude, crazy and not really smart. But they are really funny as well! Yotsuba and Crayon Shin-Chan both have short stories. Every chapter is a new adventure. A must read for every manga comedy fan out there!
both are about 5 year old children who seem to do some mischievous acts and get into trouble. the titular characters are usually very afraid of their parent(s) after they do something wrong.
