Synopsis

Tokano Yuuka has been going out with her boyfriend Yazaki Norikazu for a little over a year now but doesn't get to see him everyday since he works in a different city as a newspaper writer. Although they are apart, they love each other and things are going well. Norikazu gets an opportunity to interview Saeki Keito, the lead singer of the most popular band in Japan, Zero Sum Game, because they were good friends in high school. Being a fan of the band, Yuuka gets to tag along. However, Yuuka soon finds herself being raped by the members of the band while Keito distracts Norikazu because it seems that Keito has an obsession with him. After the traumatic event, the relationship between the three becomes extremely complicated.

Personally, I do not think that this manga was good. It kept me on my toes, wanting to know how it unfolds.

As for the title, I think that the story's name "Cross" refers to atonement and "Crime" refers to the sin(s) that fuel the story.

There are lots of negative comments about this manga due to the shocking content (i.e. rape, child sexual abuse, murder, prostitution). This is definitely not for sensitive people.

Hatsuki Kyo's art is realistic and appealing to look at.

The story has triggering moments. One of the genres is psychological. For that, we get to dive into the minds of ...

This manga is NTR, for those of you who don't know what that means, think Stockholm syndrome.

So the manga itself is really just a r*pe fantasy where they try and make you feel bad for the guy who not only sets up our FL to get gang SA in the first chapter but continues on himself to mentally/physically torment and SA her too, all because she's dating his childhood best friend.

The manga is only translated about halfway through the story, but the raws are available online.
