Story (9): The story is simple to understand. It's about 4 girl's short stories about having a good time, where they are helping each girl's problems and helping her cheer up one by one. This story will have cute stuff you may fall in love.

Art (9) Very nice art with detailed looking models. And, it has top notch excellent environment.

Character:(9) The characters stole the show in this one. You will fall in love on how funny, good looking, and serious situations they were.

Enjoyment (9) When I read this manga, I knew that this manga will be great.

Overall (8) If you interested ... in yuri with funny characters,or you trying something new to read that is short drama with some happiness to it, then I recommend you to read this. Very nice manga.

It's about cabaret girls. Hooray! It's not like I love cabaret girls. The idea of the main characters are cabaret girls are unique and fresh that made me eager to know about this manga instantly. As the synopsis above, following the 4 cabaret girls, the story of them in love (with girls of course lol).

The art of this manga, for the background, is modest. It's not exaggerating much, just enough. Often we will have it plain for the background and surrounded with effects to emphasize the characters aura and feelings. This effect does perfectly nice to boost the nuance of them, both in conversation and ... l̷o̷v̷e̷ scenes. What I really love about this manga is how the characters are drawn so great. It's rich with detail and classy outfit and dress that really portrays their life as cabaret girls. I said before that this manga's content is explicit because you will find no censor in it (FYI, the scenes are only up to the teasing parts).

The story of these are divided into three parts, every chapter has its own central characters. You'll be offered with different types of cabaret girls with different entertaining love lives. I fall in love in all of these 3 different chapters because of its diversity of storyline. Sadly, I cannot explain since it will be spoiler. Their love happen to be pure, precious, vivacious, and supportive. This kind of one-shot is rare, I felt the characters are alive in such a short narration.

Sweet Guilty Love Bites consists of three short stories, each focusing on a different woman from a group of cabaret girls, and the different ways they each find love.

Story 1 "Sweet Guilty"

This story is about Kyrie, who finds a woman lying on the street and takes her home, caring for her almost like a stray pet.
The focus with this story is mostly on sex, not only directly, but also thematically, with the two woman only slowly developing a stronger romantic relationship. There also is a bit of a mystery who the woman Kyrie picked up is, which gets mostly resolved over the course ... of the story.

While I did enjoy this story, it certainly wasn't my favourite, mainly due to it mostly revolving around sex, with the romance taking a bit of a back seat.

Story 2 "Guilty Love"

Nina, single mother, on the first day of her daughter going to preschool, she meets a woman again, with whom she had had sex with once in the past, who now is her daughter's teacher. They grow close again and take care together of Nina's daughter.

Yuri couple taking care of a child... There is nothing sweeter and cuter in the world.

Story 3 "Love Bites"

This one is about Kokoro, a university student. She is in love with her room-mate and co-worker Claire.

While the romance is probably the strongest in this one, it still goes from "crush on room-mate" to "lovey dovey" (and of course sex) rather quickly. What certainly sets this story apart though, is that we get a lot more insight into the protagonist's mind.


Overall

Without the second story, I probably would have enjoyed this manga a lot less. The other two certainly aren't bad, but they aren't terribly interesting. And across all three, the constant focus on sex gets a bit tiring.
Still, given the unique setting and themes, I won't get too picky. Plus any yuri story revolving around adult characters gets a free bonus point from me.
