Synopsis

Matsushiro Kouta has a crush on a pretty yet kinda cold classmate of his. Sasara, the self-proclaimed angel, appears for a sole purpose of helping him, but her love magic - activating after counting down from 10 to 0 by using specific methods - brings lots of trouble to the protagonist's life. Also, little does he know about his cute childhood friend's feelings and how Sasara is not the only angel out there... Hilarity Ensues.

With difference the best manga i have read without an anime that i seen previously.

I think this should be an anime early because It have an incredible story with a just a little bit of magic and comedy.

Hatsukoi Limited add

I could of easily recommended any of Mizuki Kawashita's mangas in relation to Countrouble, but this fit best.
Though Hatsukoi Limited details many different love stories - they're all quite weird in the fact all them have characters suffering from innocent troubles.
You can't help but smile watching characters pull through hardships so no matter which one you read first - you should enjoy the other.
You might also notice Yamamoto Misaki and Yoshizawa Akino look quite similar, so that might get you hooked quite quickly.
