Both stories follow a main female character, baffled by the Host Club that is held at their school, and ended up in situations where they are stuck working for the Host Club. Romance and humor surround both stories and involve an obnoxious and vain male lead.
Both are wonderful reads, if you love Ouran High School Host Club, you will enjoy Kiss Me Host-Gumi.
Pretty much the same: host club, girl, popular boy, etc.
This reminds me so much of Ouran High School Host Club.
And Tsuyoshi really resembles Tamaki. Both narcissistic. XD

Both girls get involved with hosts, but while in B.O.D.Y the girl falls in love with an actual host, in this manga the boy falls in love with the girl and he isn't an actual host. Even tough there aren't many similarities, I think that you'll like them both. :)
