Manga: Kindaichi Shounen no Jikenbo: File Series
Both titles feature the same artist and are about teen solving mysteries. Though Tantei Gakuen Q features a group working together to solve cases, Kindaichi really only has one person solving the mysteries.

Manga: Iris Zero
In both Tantei Gakuen Q and Iris Zero, the main character's amazing powers of observation helps them deduce what happened or hypothesize what has happened. However, Iris Zero has more of a fantasy feel to it as it deals with supernatural abilities, while Tantei Gakuen Q is more "real life" based. Both have a slight comedic feel to it however Tantei Gakuen Q is more detective related while Iris Zero is more daily life of the main character as he gets pulled into things. Manga: ST&RS
In both a bunch of kids with unique skills/abilities set out to become astronauts(St&rs)/detectives(T.G.Q).
In both the trio of main characters is composed by a cheerful friendly guy, an energetic tsundere girl and a boy with a calm and aloof personality.

Manga: Uttare Daikichi!
We have same good art style, good comedy, just with a more diverse age range in Uttare Daikichi. Very similar Kan/Intuition style problem solving (obviously with logic in between!). The straight up theme of business is what is most different from the multi-themed detective work in Tantei Gakuen Q.

Manga: Karakuri Zoushi Ayatsuri Sakon
It's detective work.. But in Tantei Gakuen Q, interaction between the character also being given a focus. Furthermore, it's a detective school... so mystery comes their way compared to Ayatsuri Sakon where Sakon always stumbled the mystery

Manga: Hunter x Hunter
About passing a test to gain a certain status:
HxH - Being a hunter
Tantei Q - Going to detective academy

Main Male lead is also sort of happy go lucky, but a genius
