SynopsisWhen Kano, a cafe owner, was attacked by some hoodlums dispatched by a land shark; a secretive, shady character, Otowa came to his rescue! Since then, Otowa frequented Kano's cafe and kept the yakuza at bay. Kano was unaware of the danger he's in and started to look forward to Otowa's visit... Until an equally dangerous man lured Kano out of Otowa's protection, and all hell broke loose...!

Both semes save the ukes from sexual violence, and thoroughly protects them throughout the story. Also, both ukes have simpler occupations than their semes in that they are mere waiters in a restaurant (well, technically, the uke in UtCtAK is a cafe owner and serves customers).
In AJ, seme is a wealthy restaurant owner. In UstCtAK, seme is a detective.

Both uke and seme live drastically different lives and must learn to give-and-take as a true couple. In both mangas, the uke is kidnapped and consequently saved by the seme.
