| FUNimation has acquired: FUNimation acquired the North American distribution rights to the 2010 12 episode series Asobi ni Ikuyo! which they will release as "Cat Planet Cuties" on DVD and Blu-ray in 2012. FUNimation will release the 12 episode series B Gata H Kei as "B Gata H Kei – Yamada's First Time" on DVD and Blu-ray in 2012. FUNimation acquired the digital, broadcast, home video, and merchandise rights to the second season of Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu, as well as two OVA episodes. They will release the series as "Baka and Test – Summon the Beasts 2". FUNimation will have exclusive rights to the online simulcast of the second season in the U.S. and will start airing episodes this month with English subtitles after they air in Japan. FUNimation will release the second season and the OVAs on DVD and Blu-ray in 2012. After having simulcasted the series while it aired, FUNimation announced that they acquired additional rights to the 11 episode series C, including the home entertainment, broadcast, and digital rights. FUNimation acquired the home entertainment, broadcast, digital, and merchandise rights to Deadman Wonderland and will release the 12 episode series in North America in 2012. FUNimation also acquired the home entertainment, broadcast, digital, and merchandise rights to Steins;Gate but no release date was specified. | Can you guys please stop calling B Gata bad? Sure, it isn't a masterpiece of intellectual discourse in the animated medium, but it was never meant to be. It was meant to be a light-hearted perverted romp, and at that, I thought it succeeded, at least to the point where it exceeds most of the other ecchi comedies I have seen in terms of humor. It certainly had me laugh quite a bit when I watched it As for the news announcement, I live in the UK, so this only affects me in terms of sub availability. I probably wouldn't buy anything there anyway, unless B Gata was available on discount or something |

| Steins;Gate is my second favorite anime this year, so I'm happy about it. Deadman's Wonderland was fine, and I would actually liked to see it dubbed. C was meh. All the others I haven't seen. |

Haven't watched Baka to Test S1 yet (Still waiting for it's dub), so I couldn't really say anything about S2. B Gata, I may actually give a shot. Doesn't really seem bad. |

| Since FUNimation already simulcast [C] it's obvious that they license that series. I'm looking forward to a DVD release for Deadman Wonderland and Steins;Gate. It's like FUNimation is totally taking over the entire anime industry, licensing every anime there is. I like them but almost every DVD release each week, most of them are from FUNimation. |

| Finally Asobi ni ikuyo! has been licensed. :D Been waiting to get my hands on a DVD or Blu-ray for it with english subs since i first saw it, since i somehow ended up getting obsessed with that series. :P Though i think they at least should have gone with the title it had when streaming on crunchyroll, Asobi ni Ikuyo: Bombshells from the sky, since that at least had the original title in it. And now i just hope the blu-ray has both region A and B so that i can watch it (since i live in sweden), or i have to get my hands on a region free blu-ray player. :/ Otherwise it'd be even better if Manga Entertainment also does a UK release for it since they release several funimation series there. :D But hearing about that license definitely made my day. :) |

| Opinions: B Gata H Kei = Meh. Not a bad series, BUT HORRID TITLE. Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu 2 = Not surprised. They licensed the first season there is obviously. [C] = It wasn't as bad, but since they simulcasted C, I'm really not surprised. This anime, however, blew up their potential and sent it straight to the garbage bin. Steins;Gate = Only the best anime acquired by FUNimation this time around. At least they acquired Steins;Gate in this list. Great anime. |

At least they still left in the title of the show and didn't completely replace it to something retarded. C wasn't all that great, and Deadman Wonderland is pretty generic shounen, but they might sell well. Really glad to see Steins;Gate though. |
