| Well, I've watched Eiken and Aki Sora. They are just about as recommendable to watch with parents as your average porn flick. Plus Eiken is awful. |

| pretty much any anime, but more specifically, any anime with loli's, fanservice, anything shoujo, and obviously hentai. id probably lose a lot of respect from my parents. but the absolute worse would definitely be hentai..i cant even imagine how awkward/embarrassing that would be. |

| All anime. For one thing, they're really narrow-minded. I imagine they'd criticize some shows as "sinful" or "inappropriate", just like they do with Family Guy. Yes, they're those kinds of parents, although my father especially. Why I'm even allowed to watch Harry Potter with them is beyond me, to be honest. But you get the point, most of this stuff just wouldn't appeal to them. Plus, I imagine most of the philosophical or psychological aspects to go right over their heads anyways. For that matter, moe and kawaii stuff probably would as well, but at least that's a bit justified given their age and such. |

| All anime... I don't like when my parents rush into my room and see that I'm watching any episode. I'm really annoyed when anyone else does it anyway...my anime watch periods have shrunk considerably in the last two months because of my studies and I always consider ironically that everyone enters the room just at those moments xD Can't wait to get past my finals though... |

While I had a One Piece-marathon my dad came walking in and noticed it, from that day on he's been bugging me about finding a job. (fml?) That is also why my answer would obviously be 'any anime'. Basically, my parents would make me stop watching ANY anime if they say anything that contains violence, nudity or ecchi or anything supernatural (not powers though, more like magic,etc.) . That makes about, say, more than 90% of my list? I obviously don't live with my parents..anymore. lol |

| I don't think there's much to be worried about. When the easiest way to get hold of the Darkness series or Urotsukidoshi (or whatever the hell it is) is to borrow the DVD's from your parent's film collection you know you won't have a problem. Not to mention the fact that I don't live with my parents and haven't for the past couple of years, plus my housemates and society friends watch the same things I do... I'd say my situation is pretty good. |

| Hentai, hands down. Wouldn't want to see any porn from them either. Since I live with my mother I wouldn't want to watch really gory or creepy stuff - like Higurashi or something - around her since she tends to freak out over that kind of thing. Or anything fanservice-y. Hell, there's a chance she might even freak out over me sipping a beer and watching Bartender, because every time I go to buy a six pack I get a lecture about alcoholism. I'm finally of age, damn it, just let me have my once in a blue moon beer in peace! My father would probably be much more lenient compared to the shows I listed for my mother. At least he can enjoy a good cartoon now and then, despite the fact he's seen maybe one anime. Still obviously wouldn't see any hentai around him though. Overall, though, it's not so much I care about what they see me watching - I'm an adult, legal age, working and schooling, blah blah - it's that they make fun of it at the absolute worst time - when I'm watching it. So I try to cover it up - change the channel, pause until they've left me alone, etc - if I'm watching it so they'll just leave me alone. |

| When I think about it, I don't want to be seen watching some shoujo. The feeling of your man points decreasing from attempting to watch an recommended shoujo anime is bad enough. But jeez when your parents see those fantasizing scenes (you know those scenes where a chick sees this guy and sees flowers and random bubbles surrounding him with that chessy music)... Ugh. SO in conclusion, I rather get seen watching some ecchi crap rather than being seen watching shoujo. At least they won't think I'm homosexual or anything. |

| Looking through my own list: I'll type which I think I would not mind my parents seeing me watching: ARIA series K-ON Toradora 1st Half Lucky Star Cardcaptor Sakura FMP Fumoffu (Not 1st season) Spirited Away(Hayao is generally family friendly) The others have some stuff I'd rather not be seen watching -Half naked people (Same for any TV/Film, it's freaking awkward...) -Ultra girly (there's one on my list) And I'd rather not be seen crying, so the utsuge->anime too. |

| My mum's pretty cool with anime, she even watched Blood+ and a couple of other series so mist is fine. The obvious alone time shows and perhaps some of the moeshit series I watch...yeah. |

| I actually watch anime with my parents on occasion, so, I guess nothing, really. I can't think of a series that I've watched that I wouldn't watch with anyone I know. I'm not insecure about watching anime, so it's no big deal. I'm not even going to consider hentai since nobody who is mentally stable watches porn with their parents. |
