Hello there fellow members! In this topic, there will be shown a blurred or distorted picture of a certain picture of character (most of the time anime but can be famous well known characters such as Disney characters or game characters). You can guess who the character is and will win a prize! The prize is a badge that is created by our very own creator, amukid08! amukid08 is currently on an unexpected hiatus, so the badge creator will be amiriteC Note: Image changes once someone guesses the correct character, thus commencing a new round (NEW GAME: A new game will be announced in the club comments, so stay tune) Hint Reminder: We will only give THREE hints per month. And a hint will only be given out if 5 people ask for it. Currently in Charge: amukid08, amiriteC and ReenaMisa Game Contest #65 - OPEN The Picture is: RULES: 1. Don't put too many characters into one post, it can get pretty hectic 2. Keep your opinions to yourself! Meaning do not rudely comment on other people's guesses 3. If you already won about 5 times, let other people have a chance of winning - I've seen people win a lot and a lot, but some people haven't gotten anything yet, give them a chance to shine - You can guess after another 5 rounds about, rounds go quickly, so it won't be a problem 4. HINTS -- Hints will be given out if people seem to be having a lot of trouble - Only 3 hints a month - If you want a hint, 5 players (That means you have to at least guessed once in our entire game (Example: You posted in Game 4, took a break, and then you were watching over Game 14 and thought people needed a hint - you can agree to a hint then, all you need is one guess in the entire forum!)) have to agree with you to prevent hint wastage 5. You only require member ship to enter this game - NO Badges required - NO VIP Card required - NO Staff Position required - Membership IS required - Staff may join in as well, just remember that the only person who is aware of the character's identity is the hoster of the game, which means there were be NO GIVEAWAYS in the staff thread 6a. If you would like to recommend a character, feel free to do so! - If you do, please contact either amiriteC, amukid08 OR ReenaMisa - Provide a good picture of the character you want to recommend - TIPS: Try and get one with a lot of colourful background, distracting accessories, or anything that can drive people's minds off the body of the character, to make it seem a lot harder. But make sure that the players can at least make out the body of the character, or else it'll just be like 'guess the character I'm thinking', which is no help at all. Things like large dresses, distracting hats, and strange accessories are most acceptable. - TIPS: Try an unpopular character, that way, it'll be harder for the character to be guessed 6b. If you would like to provide a picture with you character, one that's already distorted and such, then please remember to make it so that we can still pick out a few things and details in the character. If that's confusing, just follow these rules - Everything in the picture MUST BE DISTORTED IN SOME WAY OR ANOTHER. You can't just blur their face out. - You can NOT alter the colors of the picture in anyway. That means no changing hue, no black and white, and no sepia. Colors must be not be purposely altered at ALL. - Do not distort the image too much. If you're using the old crystallization style, then don't make the crystals overly huge, or if you're pixelizing, don't make the pixels too big. We need to be able to make out the body of the character, about where their head is, their arms, etc. We do not want a picture with random colour blobs in it. - Don't draw over the picture. We need to see every distorted detail so we can try to make out each and every distorted or blurred detail. - Almost any type of distortion is fine: blurring, pixelizing, crystallizing... just make sure we can't recognize the character too well, but are able to make out hair color, arms, legs... etc. - We prefer if the picture is NOT in black and white or sepia. Colors are VERY helpful, and almost one of the only ways to find hints on the character. 7. Have fun! It's a game after all!
