| I imagine they bought lots of other books and materials for cultural study as well, but there's really no reason to research manga at the assembly level to begin with (and I bet they get paid to read them at work while doing their research lol). If they honestly need this reasearch, it can be done by a third party (otaku advisor bwahaha) and summarized for them. btw, the story also says that they are refuting the porn novel buying, since he never remembers the particular book and the way the receipts were matched might be mistaken... but I bet it was just bought by mistake. |
