| So I got myself a new GPU. Bought an R9 380... which is barely an 'upgrade' over my previous R9 270X. More of an impulse buy than anything because it doesn't really change much, but it allows me to bring 1080p gaming to my sisters' PC with the 270X. I was gonna get a 390 at first, because that's what a real upgrade for me should've been, but at the prices they charge here for it... no thank you. |
| Nice buy I guess. ^_^ The 380s really have a good price/performance. The 390 is a bit pricey though...aren't the GTX 970 the same price and a little better? Well, that's the case here...don't know where you live... I guess you want to stay with AMD though. ^_^ |

It was pretty bad. The animation is extremely poor, the VA is subpar, and the story is not that interesting. I'm sure there are people who would like to see it, but I don't know if any fansubbers would be willing to take the time to sub something like this. ...It's pretty bad. I do know that it's very popular Chinese work, which is why a Chinese company seems to be helping to co-produce it. Story is supposedly good but everything is terrible. But personal opinions, Chinese cartoons (no real Chinese cartons) are on the rise, most of them are a hit or miss. Stuff like cupid's chocolates and That bee show. The animations from those two shows are comparable, but for that bee show each episode is a month or longer to animate so... FINALLY out of lab. But if you really wanna sub it, take the .ass files from the Spanish and Chinese subs for timing, and then for the fantasy terms I can check with my roommate and friends if they've heard of this show or now, since they like the new age media. |

| I've read through the first few translated manga pages, it's nothing more than your average comedy in a fantasy worldwarring states period There's no made up words afaik like Aquarion. Only issue with translating would probably be knowing the Chinese names, but judging from MAL, the names have been localised. The only other issue would be the idioms that appeared once in a while. I don't know how DEEN will translate that into the show. Only other thing I can think of is the Chinese Dynasties that the characters may or may not introduce themselves with. Oh and the Town of Tao Yuan I suppose. I'll speed watch the first episode and revise it. 8 minutes or so of 1.5x speed and it's pretty meh. Secondly there probably are a few worlds you won't catch. Third, http://www.nyaa.se/?page=view&tid=786070 Are you sure no one is subbing it? Last seems to be doing a good job, albeit slow. Finally, show's meh ehh eh. TBF, I'm bias to the fact that it's already disliked. |

| I actually almost bought an orange Prodigy earlier today because of your rig. XD Open box at 100$ CAD was a good price, till I realized it was the original ITX one. :( Too bad. It's a non OC board? :( I just hope Intel decides to make next gen cpu's for your rig then. A i7-7XXX later on might be a good upgrade, though like we said, the 6500 is awesome. But yeah...haha, the H80i is overkill. | Oh, you guys meant a split-type aircon unit. We already have one of those - but it's in the living room outside my room. I've wanted to get one of those for a while now, not because of anime but because my current window-type aircon unit is, for reasons inexplicable to me, located in a low corner of my room... just above the floor. It's easily the biggest layout flaw in my room... because every time the thing has to be removed for 'cleaning' my bed and my computer table has to be moved out of the way. The future location of my Detolf glass case would also be in the way of the damn thing and that's why I still can't assemble it until I replace that poorly located appliance with a much better split-type aircon unit. Of course, that's gonna cost money again, and having postponed my dream Subaru to 2017... I might just buy one anyway. natsukage said: Fortunately you didn't give in to the temptation. Let me warn you though that the Prodigy M is a bit challenging to build in because of the abnormal layout... you will have to plan your cabling a bit or find yourself having to remove the GPU/mobo to route some cables better. The side panel IO cables are the biggest hassle unless you plan to install the IO panel on the left or get the windowed version. Kryomatics said: Now for a laptop...
