An update was pushed to the site yesterday that contained the following things of note: 1. Accidentally adding a duplicate club relation used to generate a MySQL error that wiped all of the club relations; this has been fixed. A few people reported this happening even when they didn't think they were adding a duplicate relation. However, I suspect that was also tied to this bug. If anyone encounters this problem again, please give precise details about the steps leading up to the bug and a screen-shot of the message. 2. Setting a series to re-watching used to decrease the user's stats (i.e. Time Spent on Anime); it no longer does. 3. Un-checking re-watching halfway through a series used to set the entry as completed with an uncompleted episode count; it automatically fills in the field for you now. We are currently focusing on trying to return some of the functionality to the site that has been lost to performance problems and bugs in our growth spurts. I can't say for certain what will be done next, but we'll keep you informed as things progress. ![]() Guidelines: Database, Review & Rec, Site & Forum | Report Abuse |

nice that's great i had the uncompleted episode count happen to me quite a few times, and does your times spent on anime go up based on rewatches now or does it not count it as any extra? Mod edit: unnecessary quote. Modified by Kineta, 07-25-12, 7:33 AM |

It still should go up on re-watches as it did before, it just won't discount that you've completed the series umpteen times while you're re-watching, like it was previously. ![]() Guidelines: Database, Review & Rec, Site & Forum | Report Abuse |

I know I posted this in the previous topic, but, the API returns badly encoded Unicode characters (it's encoded as Latin1 instead of UTF-8) and I made a full post in the API club including a very simple fix that would take care of it: Click I'd like to see this fixed mainly because it would save a lot of headache from developers who have to deal with fixing the encoding in their programs. |
