What is an illegitimate account? An account that is a:

• duplicate account used to boost/drop ratings, sway votes in club contests or for other disrupting purposes; or
  
• bot account to spam users or manipulate lists.

Let me repeat: This thread is for reporting illegitimate accounts only. Do not post accounts you do not 100% believe are trolls. Do not argue with posts made by other users, instigate arguments by PMing/commenting others or make off-topic posts. Please leave the decision making to the administrators.

He just seems like a spammer to me.

No, it's not the same user. We've been getting some uriel537 etc. bots on accounts that are likely the same one, but this is a legitimate user that's just never really used their account. There's no way to remove user scores from anime/manga lists. Users are free to rate all entries on their lists however they choose. It's creating multiple accounts that we have an issue with.

One score is not going to change an entry's rating the grand scheme of things.
