I'd have to say that Bleach and Kenshin are my two favorite sword-related animes. Bleach just hit 221 episodes today, so that proves how well it is doing! Gotta love the fighting style of kenshin with the backwards blade for not killing. Both have awesome storylines. I am planning on watching Claymore really soon too. I hear it is good. I am more of a fan of male swordsmen, but I'll give it a shot, lol. |

Tsukikage Ran gets my vote simply because of elegant and believable swordplay - quick and to the point. It's something that senseis would actually teach students ore of the aikido and efficient dance than a Hollywood production stuff. That said...I also enjoy all of the suggestions like Kenshin and the Samurai Champloo duo. Wow! By the way Tsukikage, Kenshin and the Champloo duos are "real" samurais in their stories..I think...  |

I'd say Inuyasha, Ninja Scroll, Blood+, ceratain parts of Fate/Stay Night & Kara no Kyoukai 5. |
