Pretty much. It's become a "let's prove my view overrules your view" thing and that leads to nowhere. Now I have to agree that harrasing other people because of their views by stalking them from thread to thread is an act that should be frowned upon.

I respect your view and actually, I agree, the quality of the anime itself went down the drain during season 2. I have just a bit of faint hope (as a fan) that they will rectify things (mainly because the studio itself has been doing fairly decent work with other series) but I'm not holding my breath.

Anyway, I just really don't like arguments online between hardcore fans, because ussually both sides won't ever come to an agreement and it's all an exercise in futility.

Ok, lets see how it is in movies.
Matrix the first movie was like a god`s creation. The second was like carp. But the third was like humans creation, and the final fight was cool. ^^
Anime: Bleach
1. The Rukia plot. Great start. Cool fights, good story and tells a little about most of the characters.
2. The Bounto plot. Fights got worse, got a lot boring flash back`s and the new characters where a drag.
3. The Aizen plot. Fights are great, less flash back`s, the new enemy`s are cool too.
So if we look at my nonsense text we get that the first creation is always the best, but then the second comes and its usually worse then the first one. But at the 3rd one they usually try to make it good again, so i`m look`ing + and i think that the 3rs season will be great. ^^

Your Bleach example is not THAT good considering Bounto is filler. Actually, scratch that, it proves that filler ussually ruins things when done as merely stalling to put space between adaptation and original source.

The thing is, Shana's anime adaptation has always focused on this very lame Anime Original plot. Unless they are using the OVA to set things straight and reboot the series (I wouldn't mind them retconning season 2 altogether) I don't like the odds. In other words, the OVA might show what we can expect out of Season 3.

I wanted Zero No Tsukaima Season 4 more!

I don't see how the hell does this apply to Fai except maybe the fact that he has an opinion completely different than you.
Fai is mostly right in a lot of point he pointed out and I don't think he said his opinion to get emotional response (Which he get because some people can't recognize that a thing they like have flaw).

edit: maybe what he said MIGHT be right, but from the instances i see and read .. its either his way or no way ... if you do not agree with him you are "dumb" ect ... so what would that be?

friendly conversation? or is it just he is constantly baiting every person that looks at this and the previous shana thread, his opinion is shit ... if he has high standards good luck finding an anime in this past two season for him to watch ( BTW Fai , FMA brotherhood sucks) ... best thing to do is to keep it to himself or keep it out of this thread

He has never made statements that he claimed were objective, especially on matters like plot, characters or setting, but rather he said that compared with the shows in the same season it was released, the production values were bad. *That* is a fact, and he's perfectly correct to say that it is.

People talk about shows they don't like all the time - there are plenty of reasons why they do it. Do you honestly believe that you're so important that Fai gets a high out of trolling you? If you can't accept that he wants to have a discussion and raise negative points about a piece of fiction *you* should be the one keeping your thoughts to yourself.
