| I already suspected Sloth to be their mother. This episode was just great, I love the way my two favorite FMA characters acted together. Really, I hate the way Ed underestimates Winry. One way or another, she's taking one of the most important roles in his life, but he just don't get's it. |

| Damn nice episode! The part where the goo started to appear was interesting when she first opened her blouse on that deserted island I already knew it was their mom, but damn that Winry now knows it is of my surprise! Great episode either way :D |

| awesome episode :D man so sheska and winry manage to get a lead on Douglas :P actually when Ed first saw her when he went to the general, he was surprised on how familiar she look. so is Ed's mother still alive O_O Boba_Fett said: Damn nice episode! | how could i not have noticed Sloth was there mom while it is so obvious they gave many hints and i have seen there mom many times in flash back and Sloth to and still didn't knew. this mean Ed and Al never saw Sloth i guess otherwise they would have noticed long ago i think |

| That alchemy battle in the beginning was so funny xD And so was the conversation between Winry and Sheska. Winry's reactions lol. And when Sheska said "an alien" I knew she was going to say something funny xD The flashbacks to little Ed and Al are always so cute ^,^ Okay, so I have a question. Ever since Sloth first appeared it was obvious to me that she had Trisha's (Ed and Al's mom) face, but when they saw Envy disguised as that military guy on Yock Island, Sloth was with Envy, and Ed and Al saw her but had no reaction...But then Winry sees her and recognizes her right away...What's up with that? I'm confused... Oh gosh I just though of something...I bet it's going to be an intense episode when Ed and Al have to fight Sloth, since she was made from their attempted human transmutation and looks just like their mom...That's so sad =( I wonder what Sloth's reaction was about when Winry said she's Ed and Al's mom...Hmm... I hope Winry and Sheska don't get in trouble...Winry posing as a military person thingy could really get her in trouble right? Not to mention Sheska for giving her the uniform...Hopefully Ross and that other guy don't say anything... |

But I don't understand how they've seen her multiple times and Winry just saw her once and recognized her. Perhaps it has to do with just seeing the face vs. seeing her dressed up differently with a different hairstyle, etc? I never thought it was obvious at all. Some people here say they knew right away the first time they saw her, but I'm not sure I buy it lol. :P I did start to suspect once we learned more about the homunculi and how they are born. Definitely enjoyed this episode, thanks to Winry and Bookworm. Ed and Al side didn't do much for me, except remind me that they are still kids (and brothers) after all, and still susceptible to silly arguments. ★ 4/5 |
| Episode that still brings many new dowry, the plot advances unabated and there is also another good opportunity to get to know even better the two protagonists Al and Ed. |

| Wow that Sloth reveal was really unexpected. I guess I should have seen it coming based on how Homunculi are created, but I guess Sloth seems older than Ed and Al. It makes sense though bc they tried to bring back their Mom, so her body is older even if Sloth herself is like 9 years old. How are they gonna react when they find out?! |

| So those girls break into a secure military facility and wiretap communications and they don't get executed on the spot? Ridiculous. Wow, how did I never put it together that she's their mom! I can't believe Al just changed his mind like that after all that fighting. Bad filler; just like that other fight they had about Al's memories being fake. Waste of my time. |
