They should do that for Hayate the Combat Butler as well.. I'm still waiting for Vol.12 to come out here in North America and they're already on Vol.19 in Japan, if I'm not mistaken.

They should do that with Inuyasha as well.

man well i would be pumped about this IF i cared about one piece. at lest viz is releasing vagabond pretty fast. that's the only manga they have that i care about. viz seems to be finally getting off it's ass and is publishing something OTHER then naruto to bad all the manga they're pushing sucks. i would be happy if they were like dark horse and pushed there good manga like vagabond, Strawberry 100% and Adolf.

Bleach is garbage and is inferior to One Piece and Naruto. No surprise it comes after the other two.

Hopefully this works out well and leads to doing the same with other titles.

I probably need to catch up on One Piece also eventually.

With how it's going to go with One Piece, I'm betting the other manga will be hold off for awhile. They'll get to 20th Century Boys.

The same would go for other names in other manga that should properly translated in a way that sounds good. Meh, I don't care. As long as One Piece comes out frequently, that's all it matters to me

Great news even though I have not interest in buying One Piece.
I'm pretty sure Viz still uses Zolo, Navy, and probably all the other 4Kids name changes. I can understand them keeping Zolo, but having a character say "The Navy is here" when it clearly says 'Marines' on their hat and jacket is retarded >_>

no it isn't, even on the wanted posters IN THE ANIME it says zoro and not zolo

Well, hopefully they bring out the big collected volumes in the collectors art boxes like they did for the first 21 volumes of Bleach, 27 volumes of Naruto, all of Death Note, etc.

I'll buy them when they bring that out, get it in one hit and have some cool collector's art on my shelf instead of just the spines of the volumes.

That's just an anime. It's the proper translation in English. There's no reference of an "r" sound in the Japanese language. You just want it to be zoro and be happy with it.

And yet Oda draws Zoro's wanted poster with r's. His name is a direct reference to Zorro, so it is actually supposed to be an r.

The reason it was changed to Zolo in the English version (if I recall correctly) was that Disney would sue (or some dumb shit like that).

In any case, as long as it's still ZOLO BERRIES, I'm not paying.
