Wait, so that was the manga's ending as well? Damn, and here I hoped I could peek at the manga to see how it ended.

It was alright, but somehow the relationships seemed... I don't know, rushed? Forced? Should I just make up a new word to describe them?

For example, the way Yuuji randomly ended up going after Misaki after having seemingly no interest in her before. And why? Because he realized his little sister likes someone? I mean, just... What? Did he seriously not realize his sister didn't like the way he acted before that?

And some other couples were just... pretty much left hanging. I mean, Sogabe and Chikura? Rika and Terai? Watase and Takei (am I the only one who would've really, really loved to see more of these two?) I mean, I don't mean I would've wanted an "everyone's happy" ending, quite the contrary. Just that... we really didn't get any kind of ending with those couples, not good or bad.

Well, it was only twelve episodes long, though. And as I said, it was a "good" anime, and even though I wasn't supposed to watch this in the first place, I don't regret watching it. Just, yeah, romance anime aren't exactly my favorites in the first place.

This series is about first love, so I do think they did a pretty good job with it and the ending was satisfying. Nice to see Kusuda and Kei finally admit their feelings for one another. But why Kusuda would continue run away from Kei I'll never know. LOL. They were easily the 2 least likeable characters when the series first started, but both ended up being among my favorites. A bit sad to see this one go, but that's how it goes.

Im sure an OVA will come out.

It bothers me a little that it had only 12 episodes so it felt a bit rushed. But overall it was very enjoyable series to watch. 8/10

I hope the'll make a second season, or at least some OVA episodes^^

Although I didnt like Yamamoto and felt bad for Arihara (he was my fav character after all x3), at the end they looked cute together so I'm reading the manga!

god, i dont think there could be a better way to end this serie. i totally loved it, a really nice happy end. and i think that everyone experienced a hatsukoi. and yeah we probably did that one or other thing that was strange and crazy.
"unrequited love is important to step into the future", i really like this sentence.
so in the end 9/10 for me, nearly a 10 though/

That's just it guys, that's exactly how the Manga ended and they only left out details from the Manga, nothing grand. It only has 32 chapters, so don't get your expectations up. :p

But I'm surprised so many people like the ending, I've experienced a much worse reaction when the Manga ended. It's probably because this last episode was made extremely well and it's not as weird for an Anime like this to end like this after 12 episodes. A weekly Manga with so many characters ending after 32 chapters was just too unusual I guess.

(I did like the ending but I'm saying this as a neutral spectator this time)

it was a good end it was all touching i guess and all the main characters found someone to be with that was good

WTH, i thought there'd be episode 13 concluding the rain scene with Misaki and Yuji. that's like the best part of the series and i was looking forward to that. They didnt add that up???? J.C staff is crazy!

That was a nice little show,nothing epic, nothing special, but it was good

I loved the unique character design,where the eyes and haircolors were looking more realistic, the girls were hot, too
