Pronunciation's are off, and side characters have very poor voice acting. As for the main characters, the voices took a bit for me to get used to them. They're pretty decent afterwards though.

Funimation also added a few gags around the series, and they were pretty well written. I believe that's what makes it worth the watch.

Wrong series. There's a difference between SHAFT's and XEBEC's TV anime.

Also forgot to mention it's available for legal streaming on Funimation's site.

Legal is always a good thing.

As for whether the dub is good or not...the characters are mediocre at best. They aren't horrible but they are nowhere as good as they could have been. The manga still beats both anime series though...although I wonder if or when they will ever release the other ovas of the manga adaptation.

I know of one site you can download it but i aint allowed to share the link here due to circumstances, if anyone needs to know badly be sure to pm me and i'd be more than happy to provide some links to ya.

Not sure about total audio sync on the links since the site provided a few options from vaious uploaders.

I liked the dub tho coz it's really cool and i dunno it is fairly funny.

I gotta say tho the manga beats it all and hopefully it will be anime version [all] pretty soon. I know they are currently making the episodes which follow the manga chapters

Sadly this series will probably never see a complete manga to anime adaptation. We should just be happy with what they can do.

In regards to the Negima!? dub I have to say it is quite painful to listen to. The only character that I actually thought fit was negi. The others all just sound off. Horribly so. They for some reason were not as terrible in the other series but this time around it was painful to listen to.

I highly recommend watching in japanese of dub. It just sounds better. Although I thin some of the fan subbing was better than the translation by funimation. Just me though.

It isn't a bad series it just takes getting used to. For a while though it will be painful. It's almost as if the english voices were picked without even watching or reading the manga (not that any other show has that much research and dedication). Some characters just sound out of character. Still the gags did work well in some locations. I know of another place where you can download it but just buy it. If you bother posting in the club forum then you're obviously a fan of the series. You'll like the sub regardless but the dub is questionable.

Still it is decent compared to the Karin dub. (egads is that painful to listen to...which is a shame considering the other vas were decent).

Oddly enough the english commentary on a few (very few) episodes was actually interesting.

you'll either like it, tolerate it, or abhor it. I tolerate it. I do think the sub is better though...also I think funimation does have this show online (not sure if it is dubbed though).
