Okay episode, I felt it would've been just fine if they finished at episode 12 but oh well at the beginning for a while there I thought they were going to do a depressing no talking sound episode ><

Well, it's over... For now at least. Given the huge commercial success, I'm going to say that there will be a sequel once there's enough manga material out because producers are probably going to press writers to get out another season of this.

Overall, I loved the whole thing, even though it really ended last episode, this episode was a nice change of pace. The series gets a 9/10 from me. Yeah, you can call me a K-ONfag all you want but I loved it.

This episode was pretty slow, but I liked it. I had to giggle a bit when things started getting "dramatic" and then especially when Yui texted everyone since a silly question. Mugi was so cute when she was trying to make her hands cold. Ritsu should definitely keep her hair down. When it showed that she got a love letter, I was just like "whaaa????", but when Mio said it was just lyrics, my world made sense again.

Ritsu-nee-chan part was good, it was a little weird seeing her in the maturer role. Still probably would have preferred to see some Nodoka and Sawako. I can't complain at this anime's ability to just put a smile on my face. 9/10 for the series.

Agree.
Good slow-paced episode, Azu-nyan with cat was great.
K-On has finished and I'll miss them all ;_;
8/10 for series.

Since last week was the final, I think this week's episode's pacing is actually just right. It's slow but still cute and it makes you feel kind of nostalgic about the show, even though it only ended a few hours ago. Like someone else said, this episode feels pretty much like Haruhi TV season 1's last episode.

I don't know if it's necessary to talk about the goods and bads of a show like K-ON. What I do know is that K-ON is about tea, cake, and cosplaying moeblobs playing music. And as far as these are concerned, this show sure did it's job and some more. I'm gonna overrate this with a 8/10.
(No more updates on this sig until I get a new server with a better cronjob service)

This episode was alright. Just enough to pack some few things up.
Ritsu's hair! WOW! She should experiment with her hair style and use different ones everyday so that no one would recognize her. (Just like what happened at a certain onsen scene) XD

I wonder what would happen too if it was truly a love letter sent to Ritsu? And from a guy...
I'm guessing Mio x Ritsu fans would get disappointed. Well so many reactions from that will come. Not just from real life people but also from the characters too.^_^;

I wanna see them in their college days... T_T

I think there is a chance for a second season just off of this last episode. This was kind of a stand alone episode with no generalized plot or story. They could do an entire second season on their attempt to get to the big show!

I agree with that and exactly as what I've thought...
I think their next full aim is at the Budokan right?
And what was the purpose of Mio writing a lyrics anyway...
