| haruhi makes time dilations , i swear... it seems like an episode lasts 5 minutes. when i first watched this episode i mistakenly thought that i was watching the previous episode... but no!!! im not going to spoil it and just say that this episode was godly awesome. |

| 15,498 times. Imagine being in Kyon's shoes when you hear that. No wonder you'd be feeling a little bit of deja vu, and no wonder poor Yuki looked bored to death. If I had to watch practically the exact same thing 15,498 times my brain would corrode away. On a side note, I liked Yuki's mask from the previous episode better. |
| the episode was really cool, the artwork was much better than in the last one, their clothes were really cool... i want to see how are they gonna get out of this situation... more than 500 years... omg! haruhi is crazy, how can she not be satisfied??? pretty good ep. can't wait for the next one. |

| I thought I was watching the wrong episode at first too. It was ok but I thought it was a bit boring compared to the first one. Was hoping something would happen at the end but I guess next time we'll find out what happens. (haven't read the novel) |
| This episode was amazing. You can never underestimate what this show can throw at you. Also, agreed with all the people who got confused as to whether they watched the wrong episode or not. |
| I wasn't confused,ok I watched ep 2 two times before I watched ep 3 I was surprised that this ep didn't bore my even when the dialouges were mostly the same. Asahina was so cute as well as Haruhis swimsuit ; p |

| After the very very good first episode and the rather boring 2nd episode, this was a masterpiece episode again. With this they even redeemed the 2nd episode, since it was necessary for this turn of events. The plot of repeating time is not really original, but I don't mind that at all since it was exciting and executed well. If it goes on like this the 2nd season would be worthy of a perfect 10, too. When you are watching stuff like this it really reminds you about how bad most anime really are. |

| I thought this episode was really good, the ending with Haruhi walking out the door was extremely well done and im curious how the endless 8 will get wrapped up, I feel really bad for Nagato, i would have lost my mind if i had to repeat the same 2 weeks for.. 15 thousand times? |

| Fun episode, although it was already predicatble after the first 2 minutes that Haruhi had them do the same things many more times. Looking forward to the next episode. I think the repeating time line was done better in Star Trek Next Generations episode "Cause and Effect", where the crew realises they are stuck in a time loop and they die at the end of the loop to be reset a few days before and can't really do anything about it. Data is the link here since he is an android. Similar to Nagato somewhat, but also oposite. Forever said: The only thing that makes Haruhi rise above other anime is the setting and the characters. Animation, plot and art is average. That's why Haruhi is only worth an 8, which is a great score as well.The plot of repeating time is not really original, but I don't mind that at all since it was exciting and executed well. | After 5 minutes into this episode, I was ready to punch someone because I thought that it was episode two. But I realized that the story was going much faster. Haruhi looked so cute sleeping on the balcony :3 ~de arimasu |

| repeat, repeat, repeat, repeat Why did they make Endless Eight so long? 3 episodes... It could have been wrapped up in one or two very easily. Anyway, despite my irritation, I do think they handled the second half very well. There were also a few scenes from the novel that I was upset they didn't animate last week, so we got those now. |

| this episode was shit. the fact that haruhi 2 was so hyped made it more shitty. it sucked so fucking hard i almost wanted to press my breasts against the screen and see if i could get some pleasure out of it. i honestly thought the writers spitefully wanted to do an entire episode with minor variances just to SEE if people would watch it and NOT slit their throats in agony. and then come back for more. it's like beating your girlfriend, then watching her tell you she loves you with a big fucking black eye. oh, look. it's fucking deja vu. what do you think? yep. kyon, tell haruhi you luff her! this shit is worse than inuyasha or tenchi. there i fucking said it. i'm not waiting for this to get better. it's like someone telling me to eat shit and love it. |

| Good episode, very good for fans of the other characters. Timeloop is a great twist. It's been awhile since the cliffhanger ending. There's so much suspense that you just can't wait for the next one. :D |

| Half good half bad episode, so average for me. First half annoyed me a lot, it was the same thing we got an entire last ep of but with slight variations and deja vu. I mean yea they needed to show the idea of what is happening but i think they should have put 2 loops in 1 episode rather than 2. The last episode made it so unclear that anything was going to happen and ended up being an entire episode that nothing interesting happened at all. I found out slightly what was going to happened from someone else who had known from the novels. So prety much the first half was boring because it was the same thing AGAIN pretty much and should have been 1 episode instead of dragging it out so much. Cause it didn't add effect at all. The 2nd half was good though, apart from mostly being incredibly predictable. Only surprising thing was how many times the loop had been. Apart from that it was obvious, but was well presented. And on a last note, was i the only one who thought the animation quality jumped up like a ton? Cause it seemed to and just makes me wonder why the other 2 didn't look as good. |

| Glad I never read the novels, as I am absolutely loving this arc. The episode was brilliant, although I do think they could have at least hinted at the endless summer at the very end of ep 2, then finished the arc in this episode- as episode 2 by itself is still pretty crap. |

Fantastic direction, writing and atmosphere overall, and the fact that they didn't finish the arc at the end was really well-thought, I was SURE it would be a two-episodes arc. |
