Oh gosh, the plot is already full of twisted situations and we can expect anything,or at least we're supposed to,but as long as everything is overshadowed by confusion and unnecessary things,it may be a second DBZ Hopefully it won't have a gay ending Modified by Kaliope, 09-08-09, 2:54 AM |

Sorry to say that but it's not Kishi who decide, it's shonen jump. |

No clue when it might end... I have a feeling that Kishimoto is growing tired of drawing Naruto, when there was this Itachi vs. Sasuke fight arc. I think Shounen Jump is pushing him to stretch the series, for money. Naruto's a great money-maker. They'll probably end Naruto when he becomes Hokage. Like, maybe a couple more arcs later. If they manage to end it this year (2009), I'll be so surprised. |

It will end when it's no longer profitable. Until then they will stretch it until it sucks... Like Dragon Ball. |

In my opinion manga will end after (in that order) Danzo's arc is over, Madara dies in a big battle (either with Naruto or Sasuke or both), Naruto either ties or wins with Sasuke who gets back to Konoha after fulfilling his "dream" and then Naruto will be shown as a Hokage (most probably with Hinata at his side) with Sasuke (who will be with Sakura or Karin, if Sakura is with Lee) somewhere in the picture and Jiraya's words about peace on the bottom or on top. Of course let's not forget about filler arcs between all of those points. Naruto will be published till Kishimoto dies and then someone will pick up after him and try to continue his story. |

LOL I dont think he has any sort of contract with jump that may prevent him from giving up narutoes Modified by halfey, 09-22-09, 2:39 PM |

I dont think he has any sort of contract with jump that may prevent him from giving up narutoes And that's not because you don't think that he doesn't have any sort of contract. Now he will not throw away his many years of works just because he doesn't like the directive of Shounen Jump, that's quite ridiculous. He knew that when had begun Naruto that he'd eventually have to change his story now he's just assuming till the end. |

First i wanted to point out that a lot of you have been commenting on how BAD the manga has become... If you dislike it so much then why do you keep reading it? Yes its repetitive at times specially the fights with Naruto., but i mean i enjoy it still.... I do have to say i cant wait for a close to the story. But as long as its being put out. i'll keep reading every week. :) |

I think its ending. They have brought in everything that is possible in the Naruto world. It is actually suitable for Naruto to end with the Fourth Ninja war. Madara gets owned, Sasuke goes renegade but good at heart and resurrects the Uchiha clan. As for Naruto, I think he is going to follow his dad's footsteps and becomes a Hokage. Kakashi may be given the chance to take the top seat but given his persona, he will refuse. |

To me it already seems like the story is just continuing for the sake of not ending. It's kinda like "hey, I'll just have this character do this to prolong it"... =/ |

Maximum 5 minutes (it only took 2 minutes for Bleach) of reading and you barely got any plot development, so you wait for the next chapter, and repeat. The only think I don't like about Naruto is whenever I feels things is getting interesting and Kishi can pull it off, it didn't. Best example would be Pein arc. It really feels like Kishi just draw everything without putting much thought into it and end whenever he feels he likes it. I'm just reading it because a) it doesnt take much time to read one chapter per weeks b) just wondering how the story will conclude c) poking fun of Kishi poor storytelling (he did great on part one). |

I think we can give it an year or two more around 50-100 chapters too finish the story up but the producers are gonna keep on milking the series for all its worth |
