Animation seemed a bit weird, but it was pretty funny after all :D

It was alright. The random Chiyo song got on my nerves though but love the part where Sakaki and Kamineko met each other XD

This episode was cute. ;3 and I agree with aero, when Sakaki and kami-neko meet is hilarious

I thought the Chiyo song was adorable. And Yukari's introduction is hilarious.

I like the cute little song, but I think it would get annoying if it appeared twice an episode. (Good thing it doesn't!)

I also like the bit where Sakaki is walking, and she looks around at things like birds and a dog, then stretches, and breaks into a run. There's just something about it...

I have to say, I like Osaka better when she becomes more comfortable around the others. But it's understandable that she would have to be kind of shy to start.

cute so far, and the Osaka part was funny as well. I already kinda like that energetic girl, she's gonna keep me watching.

So you're liking Tomo, huh? Yeah, I kinda like her, too. You might (might!) also like Kagura, then. They're pretty similar in that regard. Though she's also like Sakaki and Yomi in other regards, so I don't know how that'll strike you.

The best bit was where the cat just suddenly bit Sakaki :)

It's hilariously random, especially the buckets and the tsukomi bit where all tomo wants her to say is "Nan de ya nen?" XD

But then you won't be able to watch Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei.

Good start to the episode with Yukari flipping out over her broken bike and good end with poor Ayuma getting nicknamed after her hometown. Seems like a fairly solid cast of characters - had me chuckling at quite a few parts. Hopefully the rest of the series keeps me entertained.

i liked this episode. its a great way to start the anime.

this has been the only anime in a while that has made me laugh alot in a single episode.
hope the quality of the humor doesn't drop. rather, im anticipating it will increase.

The teacher was hilarious in the beginning, and the part with the cat was pretty funny, but other than that, I thought the episode went by a bit too slowly.

This was painful to watch, probably worst anime I have ever seen. Anyone who likes anime which has 'witty' jokes, is not repetitive and hate characters with voices so annoying you ears bleed... Do not watch this.

I could seriously only picture a 5 year old watching this and finding it enjoyable. It was worse than that sad fanservice excuse for an anime Rosario+Vampire.

Well... there are better episodes, but someone with such fragile ears as yourself would not, sadly, be able to enjoy them, as the voices do not improve. I suppose this means you will not be joining us in future discussions, as only an idiot would subject himself to recreation which he does not enjoy and which actually causes injury. I suppose it is our loss.

I thought it was pretty good. There were a lot of funny moments like the cat biting her hand twice and the teacher at the beginning of the episode. I love Tomo already, she's so energetic and funny. ^^
