I don't think this is an anime... from the website it appears to be only a drama cd, based on each character. =P I also didn't see any broadcasting info (which leads me to believe that this is not an anime).

Yeah, I totally can't find any episodes or information of the anime of this either, so maybe it's not even an anime.

I don't understand any japanese writings but what I can see from the trailer, the characters are original and not from Weiss Kreuz

It's a really hard to finde series. Not really promoted, so I'm kinde of expecting it to be forgoten by subbers.
Still, I hope I'll be abel to see this one day. It's still in my wish list U.U.

same here, I want it but I can't find it anywhere. I guess we'll just have to wait...

I heard that it hasn't even been released yet (?) and that they keep pushing the date back. The last I'd read of it said 4Q 2009. Definitely excited though, and hopeful that it will be released.

Actor, singer seyyu Koyasu Takekhito (Takehito Koyasu) on May, 28 produces the new project on DVD. This will be an animation mini-serial on music and songs in execution Koyasu Takekhito. A project goes out under the name «Velvet Under World».
Four heroes will be presented in a project, which are wired for sound by very known and prominent seyyu. A.y.a, which will be wired for sound by Koyasu. Kuro, which is wired for sound by Kenichi Suzumura (Kenichi Suzumura), Mikiya Kokuto talk his voice in the loop «Border of emptiness: garden of sinners», Lavi in «D.Gray-man».

Koyasu Takekhito, actor very and very known, possessor of deep velvet voice, in his asset are ten of roles of charisma and interesting characters. Hey, people... This is not an anime yet. The rumor says that it might be one if they sell enough drama cd and character songs. The story looks good, and the seiyuus are great (Suzumura Kenichi ♥) I have 4 of the characters songs, 1 the drama cd and the video introduction of the 4 main characters... Anyone interested send me a message and I could give you the links.
