Why does it say there are only 13 chapters?

There's more than that. It's not a completed series, so I think it should be changed from 13 to unknown.

If it was completed and had ended I wouldn't see this at the end of chapter 13's page:

Shoujo Manga Maniac, the scanlation group, lists the series as complete at 2 volumes totaling 13 chapters. I trust them over onemanga, since they are a more direct source.

Yes. If we find out there is a chapter 14, that will prove that it is still publishing or at least has more than 13 chapters.

for me, the 13th chapter COULD be the end, because actually all the plots were nicely closed. BUT! I WANT MOREEE!!! XD this manga is so amazingly drawn, that I can't help but stare at those nice bodys ^.^

No, the link to the page is changed now and OneManga states the manga as completed. :/ Though to me it's not complete because we don't know what happens really. OTZ
