Tokyo Majin Gakuen Kenpuchou: Tou OP1 - This is how OPs should be done. One of the few things I can watch over and over again without getting tired of it.

Angelica Layer ED1 and Claymore ED are among my ending favorites :)

Generally, the OP's are better than the ED's, the only exception I can think of is Kanon (2006).
