| Yes, Charlotte Brontë (I admit I copied that.) I read all of Jane Eyre and it's not like I think it's a bad book but.... between the interesting and exciting parts there is just so much boredom; it's a wonder I didn't slip into a coma while reading ;P Never read anything by Willa Cather. Have to admit I never even heard of her before. Most late american novelist I read nowadays I know from English classes in school. ... or I learned to loathe them in school. Like Hemmingway; it's not really that I don't like his stories but after being subjected to 1,000,000 Hemmingway short stories during 12th grade ----- I hate that guy D: |
