| I'm hoping that it's animated FLCL style. While I thought that Mizushima did good on Slayers Next, his last two major directorial works (FMA and Gundam 00) suffered horrible second halves. even if this will be by GAINAX, with Mizushima on the helm, not sure if I WANT......... |

| Why is everybody so surprised about this? GAINAX does do things other than mecha :D Personally, I was reminded of the recent Petite Eva series and GAINAX's new policy of doing "generic money makers" in between their "actual" works. Think "He Is My Master" or "Maharomatic". Not that there's anything wrong with that, but the team of mostly non-GAINAX employees seem to solidly place this in the former category. All that said, I'm still going to watch it, because I am a fan-girl and I watch anything GAINAX touches. |
