I don't know if I can call this a bug or not but it's kinda messed up, I just put 8 on the Progress tab of Fate/stay night (Rewatching) but on my History list it came up that I've watched it until 24. On the other hand, on my Last List update it stated that I've only seen up until 8 =/

Yeah, definitely a bug. The rewatch thing isn't working at all.

I've tried several times to put the 2nd ep. of Excel Saga as rewatching, but what is showing is "rewatching at 26 of 26". :-|

I've also found that you don't get the time you've spent rewatching added into your total time watching. Even for series you've listed as finished rewatching.

If we did, I'd have a lot more time spent by now.

i believe the extra time is added once you *complete* re-watching the series

I'm having this problem as well. I'm re-watching the original DBZ and am on episode 28. When I was at 27, there was no problem. Once I updated to 28, it suddenly said I was at 291.

I'm rewatching Code Geass 1st season and what's happening with me is that when I increment the episode total with the + button the episode numbers go up normally. However when you then look at my History the system shows every episode thru 25 as just having been watched.

i had the same problem re-watching Melancholy of Haruhi s1 and since i wanted my signature to show the correct information i manually removed those episodes that i haven't rewatched yet from the history, but the signature still shows 14/14 for Haruhi.
i know, that after updating manyally history it says that i have to wait approx 10 minutes for the update to show, but doesn't look like it's really working. (it didn't last time either, after adding the 7th episode as re-watching and removing manually those that haven't been rewatched)

yeah, the history is fine after manually editing, but somehow the signature isn't even though i believe the sig should pull the info it has from the history.

Last time I put an anime to "watch", it removed the Time from my Days as if I never watched it before, so I'm not sure if this is a good idea.

i actually wrote down the initial watching dates in notes/comments for the anime entry in my list and i'll update the dates back to what they are supposed to be after i'm done re-watching... same can be done with the number of days if you are tracking those instead (or like NetRip26 says, they'll be ok by themselves...)

I hope so too. Not updating for a few weeks because I'm doing a marathon of a series I already watched, and not being able to mark it down, is getting frustrating.

In relation to this...I just noticed today that when updating my currently watching shows, say, from episode 37 to 42, my history only shows that I watched episode 37 and 42, completely leaving out the episodes in between.

I'm not sure if this is just a temporary thing, or just something to do with me. Anyone else having the same problem?

Rewatching suffers from the same problem BigSimo described, i.e. the in-between episodes don't show up in the history. Also, the rewatching counter resets upon a successful rewatch.

Additionally, the RSS feeds show completed as the status but that's an old issue :)

Hmm, not working again. If I set re-watching, MALU doesn't update episodes I re-watch and the first watch time is reduced from total watched time.

I'm pretty sure the problem is with MALU, not MAL.

The total watched time will most likely fix itself once you've finished rewatching. I could be wrong though on that.

Eto...It's only partially resolved. The re-watching system is still not working as before.
Look at my sig. I'm rewatching Excel Saga, but the only episodes that are shown in the sig are the 14, that I updated yesterday, and the 17, that I updated today together with the 15 and 16. Too bad the latter two don't appear in my sig at all. :-| Same happened with Drug-On, which I'm currently reading: I updated the chapters from 6 to 11, but only the latter was showing in my sig.
It seems that I have to update 1 episode/chapter at the time for making all of them appear in the sig, otherwise only the last one shows.
If the sig is not working well and not showing the animanga updates correctly, then what is its purpose, I wonder?

Well previously the list would show all the episodes of a Anime you watched. For instance if i watched Katekyo Hitman Reborn 83 to 88 it would show them on the list as separate episodes instead of only 88. Since that doesn't happen any more so far, and because it happened suddenly i assume that there is something wrong.

Or am i mistaken here? If this has been done on purpose then i apologize, although i do hope it will be changed back to the old version so to speak. I just prefer it that way. (I know it maybe weird, but i liked that method)

Also the time it takes to have the MAL signature show the update takes some time, although considering the amount of members on this site i think this is done to protect the database or something, so i can live with that part.

Having problems. I set elfen lied to rewatching. It put elfen lied in my recent anime titles, but kept shakugan no shana's status i.e. watch (12/24) it should say rewatch (1/13) It also now thinks that I plan to watch shakugan no shana II even though I am half way done with it (look at my sig) Please help.

If you look here http://myanimelist.net/animelist/mushwars you will see that its not working on the sig, yet it is in myanime list
