I think they refer to Masayoshi Yamazaki's "One More Time, One More Chance" music video, featuring a summary of 5cm.

I'm not so sure about the concept of listing music videos, but for what it's worth, this is a beautifully animated and arranged piece of art, and I have no doubt that it's better than some anime out there :P
