Kana Hanazawa as Saegusa is an excellent (if not inevitable) selection. So many good seiyuu for this show. The anime better be good. Also, I hope Mari Watanabe gets significant screen time. Don't know much about the character but Marina Inoue is voicing her... I agree man, with Marina voicing Mari, I can't wait to hear her~ |

| Hattori's full name is Hattori Gyobushoujou Hanzo(yes that Hattori Hanzo). The kanji in the Yaraon source has 範蔵 which is Hanzo. But man, kind of a miscast for KanaHana as Mayumi. As much as I love her, she just doesn't fit Mayumi. I was thinking more of Oohara Sayaka or Yuzuki Ryouka for Mayumi. Ah well, it's already there and she may surprise me when it comes. The rest of the cast is great though, except for Azusa's who hasn't had a lot of roles. |

| UPDATE: Regarding the additional cast for Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei I removed 3 of the roles on the list. The 3 being: Mayumi Saegusa: Kana Hanazawa Suzune Ichihara: Mai Nakahara Azusa Nakajou: Saki Okasawara This is not to say that they are 100% not going to be voicing those roles, but I'm not as confident in the source as I was. The 3 cast that I kept in my original post are announced on the official site for the series which you can find here where the others are not as of right now. In the future that could change and if it does I will update this thread again. |

| Oh good. There's now a chance that Mayumi can be voiced by a different person. I would even prefer it if Nakahara Mai would be Mayumi as I really don't think KanaHana fits her. As much as I know how large her voice range is, I don't think she can do and had done an onee-san type character which is what Mayumi's voice should be. I'm satisfied nevertheless for Mari, Juumonji and Hanzo's. |
