How can you like Minami-ke but not like Lucky Star? They're nearly the same thing in their slice-of-life-ness and peer antics. It's just that the Hiiragi sisters don't differ from each other as much as the Minamis do. But I'm adding onto the love for Chiaki. Omochikaeri~~ |

Great ep, would have loved it if Kana were faking at the end, and they showed a clip of her laughing while eating the 2nd pie. Chiaki was awesome. *goes off to watch ep 10 |

Minami-ke is so much better. This episode however was only ok. It certainly had it's LOL moments, but compared to the last episode it was rather tame.  |

Chiaki: Pure Evil Kana: Dips her toe in the lake of darkness once in a while Haruka: Goddess Episodes 4-9 were pure win. Especailly this one. The whole scene with Chiaki and Kana keeping themselves awake was hilarious. I'm starting to laugh more now. The first 3 episodes only gave me lots of smiles. I skipped the OP, so I missed the "Lucky Star sucks" quote at the beginning. And I love Haruka the most. Chiaki and Kana do annoy me sometimes, while Haruka has her godly techniques and banchou past. |

It wasn't as funny as previous episodes, but I love the ten thousand word report and the comment about watching her suffer is more entertaining than television. |

I love how Chiaki can say the most ridiculous things but still seem perfectly rational about everything. Also, when Hana has the cold, Chiaki puts on this sad face - "Seeing you suffer in pain...... is much more entertaining than television." XP Haruka: Chiaki is fighting against the vegetables. Carrot, capsicum, and chives. Kana: Fighting against three at the same time?! (Chiaki struggles to gulp some down) Kana: (enthusiastically) Give it up! LOL, this show is great.  |
