| It was announced that the Korean MMORPG (massively multiplayer online role-playing game) Blade and Soul will receive a TV anime adaptation. It will air Spring 2014 and will be produced by Gonzo. The Blade and Soul game is a Korean fantasy/martial-arts MMORPG released in June 2012. An English version of the game was announced in September 2012, but no release date has yet to be revealed. | Dat blood splat at around 2:30! Doubt the anime would include blood like that, but who knows. The environments of the game look really nice (around 3:45-4:25 for environment shots). Hopefully the anime can look just as nice. I'm pretty interested in it as of right now. |

| If the Official site is the source, may I know exact location of the announcement about the anime adaptation is in the official site? And Yaraon is quoting a Japanese translation of a Korean site. Who can vouch for the correctness of the Japanese translation? Who can tell that the Korean site is a legit site for game news? |
| So MAL finally starts locking news threads that are only a few weeks old? I wonder where was the announcement of this change? Or we are seeing yet another case of changes made that impacted users but not communicated to them? I wonder how long people would put up with this. As much as I have a bunch of information to share about anime announced recently I cannot share it in news board, and the anime series is too disorganized and chaotic to share information except with people already interested in the particular series. |
