| L's the Greatest detective in the world so what would you expect from such guy? I'm amazed of his looks... This animated version of L is way much better than I imagined... The first impression is really importatn... and now I understood why L is so popular... Indeed he's a cutie pie hahahaha... And then we get this lucky Raito.... And he meets Ray Penber's fiancé!!! Oh my gosh... She's gonna die too!!! Oh poor girl... It's so sad she'll die... She was so hot... and intelligent... oh well... I guess that he'll do anything for his goals :P Signs, Green |

| The real introduction of L and Light gets..lucky. And damn, it amazes me how L is pretty much right in all of his investigation of Kira. Plus, he looks cool. I think a master detective like him would be pretty odd, anyway. |

| Is it just me, or does it seem like coincidence plays a part way too often in this anime? I don't know, it just seems like the writers threw all of realism out the window. Not that that's a bad thing. It's still as entertaining as ever, and I'm hooked. |

Lol the look in Light's eyes is like when he was talking to Ray's wife was like"man i cannot wait to take her out soon" xD but light is trying hard, but he better try harder to keep his secret safe. im too hooked onto this anime. ^__________^ <3 |

| She was cautious, but not cautious enough.. In these kinds of situations you can't trust anyone. She can kiss her life goodbye, lets see if light picks up on it since shes not a murderer or anything like that..Maybe he'll figure out she was an FBI agent's wife o.o |

| I really like L, he's cool, in a very strange kind-a-way. Also that girl (I don't think she told him her real name, according to what she knows) has the same level of brain as Light and L, or at least she comes close it. |

| I'm glad that I decided to watch Death Note. The popularity of the show was a massive turn-off from me. It's excellent so far. |
| sigh.. can't believe she trusted Light that easy and told her about what she thought.. but i think she gave him a different name or summin'.... her real name is Naomi. and wooooh!!! all HAIL L!!! <3 :3 you juz gotta love him.. he's like awesome.. i've read the Los Angeles BB murder case before watching the anime, and he's totally awesome, gotta love the brains and the odd habits :D |

| nice ep specially the meeting with L so exciting and so funny "cuz his look and his eyes its so strange :)" although i didn't understand few points in the meeting :) also i wondered when the FBI agent's fiancée trusted light easily and give him her name unless it isn't her name and she cheated light like what L do earlier "i don't think so "!!! anyway I'm waiting next ep to see what will happen ^^ |

| So far this series has had a great start. I didn't have high expectations because of its popularity, as I've been disappointed in the past with series like Monster etc. But this has great pacing and I'm left with the "One More Episode" syndrome. Of course like in most thrillers there are moments when people (particularly the police) behave unrealistically but that's ok. There's just one thing that bugs me, and it's the fact that they're making such a big deal out of the FBI involvement. Why would FBI do *anything* in Japan? It's not a member of the federation. If anything, it would be CIA, no? |

| I was a bit surprised at how L looked, I thought he would have been a stuck up know it all. Oh well, I'm just glad they didn't drag it out, he just appeared like at the beginning of the episode. |

The finance's, and sometimes L's, explanations make sense because we're able to fill in the logical gaps with what already know. It's plausible but not plausible enough for it to be natural for them to pursue it with so much confidence The creators have decided to let entertainment take over realism but it seem to be working. |

| Wow, a nice marathon of the first 6 episodes. I must say this was to be expected from the first moment they showed her and I even commented about her in the previous discussions. I do wonder though if she gave a fake name or her real name. Now this episode was really interesting :). 10/10 so far for Death Note. |

| This episode most certainly boosted my opinion of L. Dude's kinda weird but in a cool way. The end of this episode had me feeling very, very nervous, cause I was expecting her to drop dead at any moment. >_> It's only a matter of time, anyway. |
