The "Help Identifying This Manga/Character" Thread - Forums

I'm looking for a manga. it takes place in another world ( i cant remember the name) the back story of the world is, there was a king who ruled over a great and prosperous kingdom, one day he thought I cant live forever so how am I going to protect my kingdom? I got it! weapons don't die, Ill have my magicians and crafters make powerful weapons so my kingdom will be safe, so his magicians and men went out and gathered various stuff (i cant think of a better word right now) and made many unique and powerful weapons(like 100 or so i think) for the king. fast forward A couple hundred years later and we see the main character depart from his home town with a couple friends to go to the capital city (of the previously mentioned kingdom) to become famous (or something) they get separated on the way there, the main character continues to the capital to wait for his buddies, ends up broke, gets helped by a rich family, shortly after the family is targeted by a group of assassins the MC tries to help the family, learns that the family is a bunch murdering/torchering psychos that killed his friends, kills the last of them him self then gets recruited to the assassins to help take down the corrupt kingdom. sorry for making it so long Ive been looking for this a while and I hope some one can help me.
