If you picture a person, write their name in the notebook, and specify the death (you don't have to) then they die. There are unlimited pages in the notebook. Anyone who touches the notebook will be able to see the shinigami whose notebook it is.

Yay, you accepted. I claim Nagato Yuki. She's capable of manipulating data and stuff and acts a little sub-normal. She's supposed to be some sort of supernatural being. She's from the Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya.
