Anko is a 3 IMO. She's just a bitch at the beginning, but then she shows some tsundere traits desu.  |

Even though it's been a while since I've seen GTO I clearly remember her tsuntsun -> deredere transformation but since it wasn't remarkable as the blond girl I'll give her a - 4/5      |
