| yo!.. i just finished this anime.. and geez! can you even call that an ending?.. wehhhhhh. they didnt find out who they are., or the important things aren't found out.. and it leave so many questions unanswered.. and i totaLLy love it., and it ended like that?.. uhu.. doushite??? uhu.. can anyone share to me what happen in manga after ?.. honto ni arigatou gozaimasu! :)) iLOve sHuRi ! :)) |

| the manga goes on waaaaaayyy beyond the ending of the anime; the anime only covers like 1/4 of the manga..... I guess they stopped either because the anime caught up with the manga, or they ran out of budget because it's not popular enough or something... sad really.. I see SO many series that are like this, where the anime just cut out or only adapts the first N volumes of the manga. Maybe they do it on purpose, as advertising to the manga or something XD (ie use anime to attract people, and once they're hooked, get them to buy the manga XD) |

| I just finished reading the entire manga and I love this series so much!! I was so happy to see it had an anime adaption but then disappointed in the mere 13 episodes for what is a very epic story. I wonder what hope there is that it would ever be picked up as a new series again? It needs at least 51 episodes. Not really sure yet where it leaves off on the story in episode 13 but I feel for any who can't finish this series. Try to read the manga if you can but if not.... ANYONE WHO WANTS TO KNOW IN DETAIL WHAT HAPPENS, LET ME KNOW AND I'LL MESSAGE YOU. Wasn't sure that I should post so many spoilers here especially when it's based on the manga where the anime ends. I typed up almost two pages summarizing all the events leading up to the end so don't ask for it if you don't want serious spoilers. I think there are over 100 main characters and there are so many side plots and details though that you're still best off reading the manga. Sarasa and Shuri discover each others identities around volume 10 if that gives you any idea how much there is after that. Volume 26 and 27 are all extra stories for the series. |
| Arghh why did it end only when it's getting good?!!! I really hope this anime would be re-made and the episodes will cover the story all the way until the end! Slim chance huh? | Omg. Basara needs a revamped anime adaption and one that covers the entire manga, seriously. This anime is so old, production value was doubtful, but it was one of the best anime series I have yet to see and the manga is of course an epic in of itself. AGHHH. Severe withdrawal now. |
| Damn! I loved it. Despite some cliches, I really support the main couple. Why such a low ranking? Pfft. I love the fantasy-like setting (not post-Japan though). Not even a big romance fan, haha. Too short for my liking. Needs more episodes because if I love the manga, I want to see it animated! Edit: Reading the manga (will finish quickly!), and the series diverts from the manga in volume 4. A shame really, because it's much darker in the manga. |

| It's a damn shame it never got English Dubbed and I think it should be digitally remastered too so it's better quality. Maybe if it gets English Dubbed then they can continue onwards? :( |

| what a tragedy?... just 13 episode story is so good(i seem to like this more than Yona of the Dawn) though adaptation quality is not good and pacing was also off in the blue king arc. regardless great anime with female lead. wish they had continued. |
