Answer: Because she's the most forgiving friend I've ever had.

Roughly five years ago in school, I started hanging around with a random group of people (I forget exactly why). I got no quite well with one of them in particular, and we became quite close, and were good friends. At some point along the line, we became best friends (again, I forget exactly when). Since then, we've had a lot of good times, and she's helped me through some shit, and vice versa. We've also had a couple of extended periods where we don't speak. Neither of us has any idea why. Most probably some childish reason, but sooner or later it always ends up as though it never happened...
As it stands now, she is by quite a distance, my best friend, almose certainly the greatest friend I've ever had, and probably the greatest friend I will ever have. She makes my life infintely more cheerful, she's always there for me, she makes me laugh, and she just gets me. Not to mention the fact that through her, I have met people who have become a big part of my life, and also have changed it infinetely for the better.
I think it's fair to say that were it not for that moment, five years ago, in a schoolyard somewhere in Chorley, where for reason or reasons unknown I started talking to her, my life would be a lot worse than it is now. And despite the fact that in no more than two months I will be a hell of a lot further away (which is shit), I know we'll still have the good times, and that she'll still be there for me, because I'll still be there for her, because she's awesome. She's one of those friends that you'll only meet once in a lifetime, and a true "BFFL".

You really are awesome :D I've been playing nintendogs all night :P And I look at the time and it's 1.30~ But I'ma very happy now. Going to go rummage for food any minute.
You'll have to let me know if you fancy coming out over the weekend. I'm sure Calum won't mind making you a brew :P And I'll try not to fall asleep too much again XD
