And end in the same episode xD Another hilarious episode. That mask/penis innuendo was so funny :P And wow, the ending the gorilla made was so great. He mashed up all their crazy idea and it made something amazing xD |

| I never imagined Gintaman would be back. It's always nice to see Amachi Gorilla, and Konishi is the editor of One Park lol. Holy shit @ Koishi sensei's wiener like thing wtf. Dat dondake in this ep. :3 Ginta x Mikako, still a better love story than Nisekoi. But wtf with the ending xD Giant boobs vs Flat chests, that came out of nowhere. xD |

| Surprised that many people prefer this Gintaman stuff to the Stands arc, the arc wasn't great overall but the last Gintaman episode bored the hell out of me. This one was funnier than I expected (the whole escalation after Ginta jumped on the train was just LOL) but was still okay at most. |

| Oh dear lord, they were spot on accurate about how some anime female characters were drawn up in meetings and executed. The cringe is real. oppai, beautiful, cries easily, borderline childlike personailty, makes deep connections out of nothing (two stupid lines), needy, idealistically pure to a fault etc. Characters like nakajima are the reason I will never be comfortable telling people I watch anime. The gainax parody was good, I don't mind the randomness so long as there is a method in the madness, an original explanation to cut through the insanity. I wish this was an overly exaggerated portrayal but it's not... I've had the misfortune of seeing these characters come mechanically alive on the screen time and time again when least expected. Unsurprisingly you see them in shows that try desperately to appeal to otakus and mainstream audiences. Fanservice seems to be proportional to nakajima clones on screen. They are the worst thing on the screen when the show is otherwise well executed across the board; an eyesore and an irritation to listen to. You won't see this character short of being setup as a derisive character in avant garde series or any of satoshi kon's works. Basically shows that respect and allow artistic freedom like Gintama, except Gintama has found the fine line of laughing at otakus and making it engaging as well. It's a pipe dream for all anime to subscribe to this, which makes the few, all the more precious. Gintaman's elderly accent was hilarious. |
