I swear, they're probably using some random lyric generator to text their songs. Just feed it lots of epic words, and voila.

No. They're using the words of our people. The words of the planet.

Carmina Burana

Mmmyes <3 Any movement in particular? O Fortuna's a bit hackneyed, so I am thinking In taberna quando sumus. They all may fit some way or another, I guess, oh the sex, oh the grimdarkness, and oh the love of warm weather.

I'd say Season's End by dear ol' Marillion and 0.00.00 by Kazumoto Endo. First one's the probably greatest (only great) song on the topic of global warming - as far as I with my 0 in musical IQ can tell-, the second just feels like the modern age. Ishikawa Chiaki's Uninstall fits any era, so let's shoehorn that one in too.

I only listen to positive, uplifting, fun music.

And the world is anything but.
While not technically anime, currently I am a big fan of Hatsune Miku.
At least I can go see her in concert.

Land of Confusion by Genesis. There is a version by Disturbed as well, but in my opinion the original is better.
Anyways, I think the song is quite fitting for the world we live in today.
Of all the things I've lost, I miss my mind the most...

Razor- Burning Bridges

Your boss is an asshole controlling your life
Your paycheck your only concern
What a disaster you're wasting your life
Retiring once you've been burned
I know, you need money in order to live well
But why should you work 'til you're dead?
Burn up the bridges and find a way out
That's the smartest thing I've ever said

Coz you know it's true
