Update The OVA of Akikan will be bundled with the volume 9 of Akikan! light novel. Subtitle: Akikan! / Kan Ippatsu!!? Onsen Panic Release date: October 23rd (pre-ordering will be closed on August 31st) Duration: 25min Price: 3,780 yen Source: Pixiv Tsushin ============================ An OVA of "Akikan!" was announced to be released. The detail of the OVA will be given later on. Source: Official website Additional info: The ED theme of the final episode was sung by Hatsune Miku. Depending on the last episode and how will they fuck the ending up i'll consider if i want to torment myself into watching the ova or not ... for now ... i'll probably just /ignore it because this show just tormented me >.> ... This just sucks that stuff like this " shit " gets ova's ... why do they even bother ... |

Akikan and OVA are two words that do not combine. One reason most people are watching this is because of the QUALITY and over the top silliness of the show (however, being treated to a laundry episode and this whole "let´s get grimdark" in the last episodes kills the goofy atmosphere built until now - I liked it better when it didn´t take itself too seriously). If this gets a high budget and becomes serious and decently animated, it will lose it´s novelty status and return to the mediocrity of being "just another anime like every other out there".
