So, I thought this should be a relatively easy project to start with. I want to make a list of all the mangaka who create mostly non-girly uke manga.
The requirements should be that over 50% of the mangaka's work is featuring non-girly ukes. So - to have one hunky guy amongst a crowd of apron-clad sissies is not enough.
I'm happy about your help to keep this list as complete as possible.

Edition: Here we have the organized list of this thread, the marked ones are still not confirmed of meeting the requirement.

LIST
Ajimine Sakufu
basso (Natsume Ono)
Bohra Naono
Esuto Emu
Fujisaki Kou
Hidaka Shoko
Honjou Rie
Ike Reibun* (I have read some of her mangas and they feature girly ukes mostly)
Inariya Fusanosuke
Kano Shiuko
Kanzaki Takashi
Kawai Touko
Kunieda Saika
Kyuugou
Matoh Sanami
Minase Masara
Mishima Kazuhiko
Morimoto Shuu
Motoni Modoru
Nakamura Asumiko
Natsume Isaku
Nishida Higashi
Nitta Youka
Ougi Yuzuha
Sadahiro Mika
Sakuragi Yaya
Suzuki Tsuta
Tateno Makoto*
Takao Hiroi
Yamada Yugi
Yamane Ayano

And I will start off the list with one of my all-time favourite mangakas:

1. Sadahiro Mika.
This mangaka is especially well-known for her reversi couples (meaning the guy can be both, uke and seme). I can't remember even one really girly uke amongst her guys and even the non-reversi ukes are a treat. Her stories are rather hard-corish. Some of her work includes "Under Grand Hotel", "Mukizu ja irarenee", "Buddy System", "Surf Junkie" and various others.

I'd like to add Morimoto Shuu. Nozomi Vision and Kagakushitsu e Oide contain girly guys (3 volumes total), but G Defend, Jinjuu Houretsuden, and Asterisk have guys who can take care of business themselves (50+ volumes).

Mishima Kazuhiko as well. Looks like we have over half the works already in the manga relations. She often does younger seme, mouthy/brash uke, and generally has entertaining characters.

4. Kanzaki Takashi.
There seem to be a few really young boys amongst those of her manga that I have not read yet, but the chances of getting a real guy for an uke are still very good.
Amongst her most recommendable reads are "Retsujou Kyoumushitsu" (and its sequel "Junai Fetizm"), "Friends like a Lover", "Slave x Slave" and numerous others.

5. Fujisaki Kou.
No little boys in frilly aprons here - Fujisaki Kou's ukes are all grown men and adults. Admittedly - if you see them standing next to their über-hunky botox-lipped semes, nobody can doubt who is the bottom here, but still they are manly if you see them for themselves.

Kano Shiuko.
She created a very manly uke with Aoi from "Yakuza in Love", she has stories about yakuza, construction workers and hosts amongst others. I haven't read everything from her, but can't remember even one really girly uke so far.

Admittedly this mangaka has only a smaller number of work out, but so far no girly uke in sight.

Sanami Matoh
(I just had to add one of my favourite manga-ka!) I have to go all out and say most of her Yaoi/Shounen-ai works are all non-girly uke free (if you ignore the fact that 'Full Moon ni Sasayaite' uke Marlo turns into a girl). Works include, FAKE, Access, Fake 2nd season, Full Moon ni Sasayaite, A to Z, Hako, Trash, Like, Like, Love

Take Note: Not all her works are Yaoi.

(Another of my favs) Absolutely no girly uke in sight here either!! All of sensei's works range in variety, genre and include extremely smexy seme and uke. Example of some of her works include, View Finder series, Crimson Spell, Cat & Dog Master, Ikoku Irokoi Romantan, Lock Out..

Almost all of her works are non-girly uke free and love the equal-standing uke/seme couples in some of her mangas! Highly recommended works include, Calorie, Nee, Sensei?, Plus 20cm no Kyori, & Renai Kyoutei Nukegake Nashi!

12. Nitta Youka
She has admittedly created one of the most irritating uke ever with the bikini-wearing drag-queen in "Groupie", but the chances of landing a non-girly uke are very good. Like in "When a man loves a man" or "Haru o deite ita".

This manga-kas work always leaves me wondering on who is the uke and who is the seme. Her characters are very manly and I think her mangas fit this category. Like "Hide and Seek" and "Koiyami Archive".

I only just realized that most of this mangaka's work is already in our lists. And even the work that has not made it into our lists has not really girly ukes, just not especially non-girly either.
I especially recommend "Sangen tonari no tooi hito" and "Hand Which".

You can notice from the manga covers that their are no such thing as girly uke in some of her mangas. I'd admit I haven't read all, but I would still like to recommend her.

I recommend "Wagamama Romeo" and "Hanjuku Orange"

17. Natsume Isaku
I'm surprise she wasn't recommended already. I'm seriously in love with all her works. Her ukes are strong and persistent; if they say no, you better bet that they really mean no. Her works are also very funny. ^^

I recommend "Dash!" and "Doushiyoumo Nai Keredo"

shinkeikakus recent suggestions to add quite a few of her work has made me realize that she should be present in this list. She has created the only sadist uke that I personally know of in "Love me Hard" and most of her uke are very demanding. Konna otoko wa aisareru, Welcome to the Chemistry Lab, love skit and many others are highly recommendable.

20.Yoneda Kou.
Definitely the best treasure I have found in a while..I hope to see more from her since she has few mangas around..Don't stay gold is quite good, she also has some girly ukes, but somehow they don't bother me at all, must be because her stories feel real and even when they are not so explicit they are way too sexy!. From what I have found about her she loves to do stories about cops and thugs. Stories about strong men, I am just waiting to see more!

21. Masara Minase
Masara Minase is really a good mangaka. Gives me pleasure to read her works. Beauty and integrity of drawings and stories .. Sometimes you could read her mangas for just her drawing skills. For we, have anti-girly uke fans her works are a treasure..
Stories usually about complicated relationships. There will be three man but 2 of them fall in love with the same person and the same person have to choose one of them..
When you read her works, you could say; "C'mon!" or "kyaaa, it's so cute"
for me, her best works:
*Love & Action
*Empty Hearth
*Gokujou no Koibito
*Midara na Sasayaki
....

22. Yamada Yugi.

Her art is a little rough, but the stories are marvelous. She draws manly characters and they have manly personalities (have yet yo see a girly uke in her works, I've read enough to say she'll probably never add a character like that). The best examples are: Yume wo Miru Hima mo Nai & Saigo no Door wo Shimero.

I was hesitating to add this mangaka. None of her characters are exactly testosteron-soaked hunks, but half of her work is in our list already and her other ukes aren't girly pushovers in frilly aprons either. So I think she deserves to be mentioned here.

Like Kawai Touko, her ukes are not very very manly, but they are not girly either, most of them are the beautiful/conceited type, or flamboyant/mean ones...There are some girly ones but I don't find them annoying. Maybe she stands in a 50/50 position, as a borderline case for the mangaka's list! (I have yet to read three more BLs from her), but I think she is really worth mentioning, I really love her comic style..

There are few works around but there is always a manly uke in them, at least one. Four mangas and I have seen threesomes, a foursome and several reversi characters (obviously since there are so many players at the same time)...Very explicit style by the way..

Her work includes a measure of shoujo, but am I wrong saying that she seems to go bl recently more and more? Well, I have that feeling. Her art is stunning and unusual. She really has her own style that stands out a lot.
The uke she features are so at the very least equally standing.
Recommendable work are Doukyuusei, Anata no tame nara doko made mo or Double Mints.

Lots of manly looking men--strong jawlines, large bodies, even manly hairstyles. For the most part, their personalities match as well and quite a few of her works are listed here. And lots of them are minimally in their late twenties, many 30+. I think there was some author comment about her editor wanting her to draw prettier and younger men... don't listen to the editor~

I think Norikazu Akira should be added to the list. Her nekos are generally either physically masculine or agro in nature....

Also Yuri Ebihara should be considered, her boys are pretty masculine
