Whoa when I thought it was all over. The serial killer >_< I forgot about him. I almost thought his girl died too. This chapter was like a roller coaster. Loved it. One of my very few 10/10's. Not one chapter bored me. It could easily be a great though. :p

Overall it was a great manga and so was this last chapter
i really thought the girl died and at that moment i was kinda upset because Shinichi suffered so much that i wanted a happy ending for him,so i was glad to see her alive after all :)

second the first part, but it was a perfect ending, nothing more, nothing less.
the continuation would just ruin the whole story and atmosphere.
he deserved happy ending and he got it.

Perfect way to end the manga, really; instead of a simple after-story/showing how they live a peaceful life, the mangaka managed to make the reader surprised with the serial killer's appearance and how Satomi seemed to have died. He could have done it, we've seen Kana die earlier, so I was thinking "gah, that fucker made fun of us", heh.

Glad it turned out much better instead.

I think it's way too grotesque for a tv airing.

^Eh, Mnemosyne was more grotesque IMO, and no it's not hentai either, lol.

Mnemosyne was an OVA so they could do whatever they wanted.

Yeah, but that's still an 'anime' whichever way you see it. If Parasyte is done as a 12 ep OVA, would it be illegal? Wondering.

Good manga I like it, but I ended wanting more from the ending. If this manga was turn into an anime it would be one hell of a scary one which would be awesome!

I understand that this is a very old poll, but I just read the entire series in two days and was blown away. I LOVED THIS MANGA!!! Does anyone have any suggestions to another kind of short and sweet manga like that?

Maybe it's my fault for reading this so soon after finishing Elfen Lied, but was I the only one who was pissed off that Shinichi started feeling sympathy for the freaking monsters? It's not like they even had a legitimate complaint against humanity.

Ah...It ended. I wasn't expecting a happy ending, but I'm glad with it.

I don't know, I feel lil sad for Migi. Migi's "reclusion" felt like it noticed it could not find a place for itself in the world and, at the same time, coexist while maintaining its conscience without troubling Shinichi.

The only thing I would like to know is where the parasytes really came from, the truth about them.



Pissed, not really. I kinda understood how he felt. He could call himself human no more, he was still human, yet he was more than just that. He started to see the world and humanity differently.

It was though, not all parasytes were genuinly bad or evil. Even when he thought of sparing Goto/Kuroro I wasnt pissed. Thankfully he did the sensible thing.

I was pleasantly surprised with this manga. Couldn't stop reading it. Great ending. I was expecting a kind of sad ending but it still doesn't take away from the manga itself.

Parasyte is one of the best manga I have ever read. Reading hundreds of Seinen manga and this one is close to perfection when it comes to entertainment and intelligence. Parasyte's style is what Death Note should have been instead of that over dramatized poor excuse of what fans call amazing writing.

Parasyte is a consistently entertaining read with interesting interjections of philosophy taking the reader through amazing twists and turns of a roller coaster.

9/10 (Amazing)

This manga is really cool with great ending..

very moving couple of final pages...

overall i greatly enjoyed this manga but often felt like something was missing. whatever it was, author just saved it for last.

Maybe it's just me but it looked like they died in the end... I'm not saying they did though, that was just what I thought.
