Hmm, sort of getting it and not getting it. Still, interesting episode.

I'm still not getting it. it's like a big puzzle: In every episode happens something wierd and isn't explanined completly (or at all), but in the next happens some other crasy stuff... I hope we'll get the whole picture in the end.

I want to know where she is getting all that equipment in her bedroom. Does her dad just happen to have all that lying about in the garage?

Anyway, getting interesting, looks like they are going for the whole Transhumanism idea similar to NGE, albeit in her bedroom!

I want to know too where she gets such an equipment. And where the water comes from? There are too many mysteries and no answers. I hope in the end we gets an interesting explanation.

I also wanna know where she got that hardware from.. It all started from just adding the psyche to the motherboard, and all of a sudden she has multiple monitors and bloody pressure gauges and air pipes.. and her room has become flooded o_O

Now I'm confused..!!

I expect there to be one big OHHH NOW I GET IT at the end of this show

Lain keeps changing. Who is she turning into. This Lain isn't the Lain from the beginning. This one is like.. sinister. She is being sucked into the Wired. All it's communication is like it was the real world or something. All of this is very @_@ Who are the Knights. What do those creepy MIB want. What''s with the Naked Sky Lain.

This is just too weird for me to go on... I don't think I really "get" psychological anime. Especially ones like this.

Amazing episode, this anime keeps getting interesting.

Its awesome how it mixes the parapsychology and the "Internet".

I feel I need re-watch it, since there's a lot of content.

Lain's sister got messed up!

It's awesome, I love this kind of show- every minute of it.
It makes me feel smart :D

Though I wish they would quit reusing the scene with the Borg standing outside of the window, or at least explain their purpose. They are wasting precious airtime.

The water comes from some sort of refreshing system, to cool down the equipments.

Anyway, things are getting SUPER INTERESTING! This is the kind of stuff that keeps me glued to the screen, and you can see where the movie Matrix took some of its other ideas.

I guess Lain's sister is just a human shell now, her mind/soul/whatever isn't in the "real" world anymore.

My, what an episode; probably the best up till now. I'm having high expectations from this anime, man.

It seems she pissed off the wrong people.

Hard to know who to trust at this point.
I doubt there will be any true form of explanation, but I definitely feel like Lain has some way of connecting both worlds.

Okay, so we have the KIDS thing to deal with now, too. They didn't say what it was that happened when they collected all of the kid's psy energy, did they? I'd like to guess Lain came from it. Oh, yo, and anyone wonder what their electric bill is like with all those computers? I also loved that cheshire mouth's laugh.

But yeah, with the knights, neckbeard MIB dudes, Lain's personalities, the shit going down outside the wired, the video game, and now some kind of psychic program, anyone else think they just slapped a bunch of cool sci-fi ideas together for this? I'd absolutely love to see how they all connect.
