hmmm... I really like the dubs on:

Speed Grapher (Funimation)
Fullmetal Alchemist (Funimation)
Pani Poni Dash (???)
Crayon Shin-chan (???)
Fruits Basket (Funimation?)

Also, the live action Death Note movies, while not technically anime, were also dubbed really well. I don't know the studio that dubbed them though...

I'll say my top 10 cuz it's easier:

1. Code Geass. Not only are the animations good, Johnny Yong Bosch, Yuri Lowenthal, Karen Strassman, Michael Lindsay, Kim Mai Guest, Liam O' Brien and all the other actors nail at bringing out the various moments of all the characters and their well-rounded emotions.
2. Death Note Brad Swaile got me at Light's laugh. He made Light sound like he went permantly on the deep end. And for a bunch of Ocean Group voice actors who I was unfamiliar with, their application to the characters were very believable.
3. Lucky Star Wendee Lee, Kari Walhgren and all the actors at Bangzoom REALLY improvised with the dialogue to a point where it was funnier than ANY subtitles I've seen! XD
4. Fullmetal Alchemist Uh..... Vic Mignogna? I mean same as lucky Star, all the dialogue and scenes were very funny and well-rounded for the actors to cast as their characters. And not bad for Aaron's first gig before puberty.
5. Inuyasha Same thing, original dialogue. Even though I didn't understand some of the dialogue, most of it was just plain fun to hear ouf of the character individually.
6. Rurouni Kenshin For all of these people to pronounce all the japnese names of people, places, swords and techniques while still maintaining their acting,... it's pure talent! All the more to be convinced of the story's setting being in Meiji era, Japan. I feel like the characters are more of Japanese folk that speak english fluently.
7. Eureka Seven I had NO idea that was Johnny Yong Bosch playing as Renton until a while after I saw Bleach! Incredible!
8. Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya I think after that show, Crispin sympathizes with Kyon's inconvience and Wendee may have become more crazy like Haruhi! lol
9. Yuyu Hakusho the main actors let out the noticable types of voices for character like Hiei, Kuwabara, and Yusuke.
10. One Piece The characters and their personalities felt WAY more believeable than in the 4kids dub (not that I despise 4kids for it, they had their reasons).

Bleach and Naruto just fall under 11 and 12. And I would say Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World, but I don't know if that counts since it's a video game.

1. Yu Yu Hakusho/Cowboy Bebop- Its a tie between these 2, as they are among the most amazing dubs that I have ever seen. Both anime were already great in their own respective genres before their dubs, but when they were dubbed, the English voice acting for both actually happened to be so good that it made those series just that much more enjoyable for me. ;)

2. Full Metal Panic!- Chris Patton as Sousuke Sagara alone is good enough to sell this dub for me, but it also helps that every other role is cast spot on perfectly in this dub. Gauron's voice is nothing short of epic, and Kaname's voice actress completely captures her persoanlity down to the last detail. Also, as someone who actually is not a fan of Vic Mignogna, I have to say that he does a great job as Kurz. Overall, its an amazing dub.

3. Outlaw Star

4. One Piece

5. Black Lagoon

6. Full Metal Alchemist- Aside from Ed's voice, everyone else is awesome, in this dub. As I said, I'm not a fan of Vic. That's not to say that I think his voice acting is actually bad, but he makes Ed sound like he's in his mid-20's, ors omething like that, and that just feels really odd knowing that he's only 15 years old.

7. Death Note

8. Rurouni Kenshin

9. Hellsing (TV series + OVAs)- Even though I'm not a big fan of Hellsing anymore (that includes the manga, as well), I can still appreciate its fantastic dub. ;)

10. The Big O

There are some other honorable mentions that I could make, like Blue Gender and Lupin III, but those 10 are among my favorites. ^_^
